Also the slogan at the bottom says something along the lines of ‘long live our great soviet homeland!’ Which make a lot of sense to be on an October revolution poster. That is the clock tower of the Moscow Kremlin (yes, there are other Kremlins, but Moscow's is *the* Kremlin we all know). The caption reads "Long live our great Soviet Motherland!". That's basically it for the poste itself. As to the context however, I have no clue
