- This is the second of two trailers to preview an upcoming vlog for compact disc collectors worldwide which will explore this ever-expanding "listening library" and hopefully bring value to your collecting journey as well by sharing many tips for growing your music collection.
Music was always a hobby and passion of mine which then later became a career. As of late 2023 my collection consists of over 14,000 CD's specializing in the many sub-genres of Heavy Metal but also including Jazz, Pop, Rock, Classical, New Age, Soundtrack, Electronica and much more... and believe it or not, I have listened to the vast majority of them all!

Pretty awesome collection. I was trying to figure out your sorting method, but at a quick glance, I can't figure it out. It would drive me bonkers using drawers and having CDs behind other things, but that's just me. Though my collection is 1/4 of what yours is, and I don't always play absolutely everything regularly, I like to have everything within reach at any given moment. Awesome nonetheless. I look forward to seeing more of your videos!

Well, I can't say I know it well but it does have a KILLER drum intro and it's in my Pantera collection because Dime is credited for one of the solos :)

Indeed! Some of the greatest bands are from there and many great little-known ones too... Tomb of Finland, Mist of Misery, Goats of Doom, etc.

So many bands I don't know but am curious. So I chose Ulver to dive into. I like that you have Nickelback's All The Right Reasons album in the Pantera-related section for the tribute song The Side Of A Bullet. And you have Can-Am drawers too! Same here and I know they're a Canadian brand. I live in Texas and have had mine for over 25 years. Maybe longer but at least that.
wow good eye man, not bad for a guy with an eye patch! Haha... yeah it's in the for the Dime factor of course 😎 And I totally forgot that CanAm was Canadian... luckily I found all 3 of my cabinets second hand!!!! And yeah they rule eh!!!! 🙌
@@WarunkiMedia I've been needing more storage for my cd's for a while and while there was a point where I wanted more Can-Am's, I'm not sure if I still do now. I think I may want to have all my cd's openly displayed. The whole reason initially that I bought the drawers was to be able to lock 'em up when I wanted and to keep dust off of them. But I also did a dumb thing and 3 different colors, colors that don't really go together. If they were all one color I might still want more Can-Ams. We'll see what I decide.

i got 8 of those full, 3 others same but different company than a homemade wooden one and still cds pulled up everywhere,..
ive got around 20,000..
but mostly all forms of rock from 1975-1989 is the bulk of it,. i try to get japanese, shm, blu-spec etc versions..
