Spam Mayo Rice : 스팸 마요 덮밥 | Ordinary Kitchen 오디너리 키친

Today I will be sharing a very simple Spam Mayo Rice recipe! Spam is pretty common in a lot of Korean foods. Spam Mayo Rice is one of the easiest, and cheap meal to make. Kewpie mayo is a must for this one!
Ingredients:
1/2 onion
1 green onion
2 eggs
1/2 can of spam
salt
1/2 tbs sugar (for eggs)
1 tbs sugar (for onion)
1 tbs soy sauce
bowl of cooked rice
kewpie mayo: amzn.to/30cUi4p
Recipe:
1. Chop onions & green onions, cube spam, and beat eggs with sugar and salt
2. Cook scramble eggs, cook spam until crispy, and cook onions with sugar and soy sauce on low heat until softened. Set each aside after cooking.
3. In a bowl of rice, place eggs around, place cooked onions on top, and spam on top. Add mayo and green onions on top.
