After the sieges of Vienna, young Ottoman Sehazades (Princes) throughout the centuries often talked about finishing the job Sultan Suleiman had started and dreamed of besieging Vienna again even though the Ottoman state was declining in power. This mentality stuck all the way to WW1 where the Ottomans still believed that one day their dying empire would reach the gates of Vienna once again. Vienna was the golden apple that the Ottomans would crave for centuries to come after 1529. Great Video as always :D

Juat to add a little more info:
In addition to the German Landsknechts, a contingent of 700-800 Spanish harquebusiers was sent. Only 250 Spanish survived. This elite infantry excelled in the defense of the northern area and with discretion fire prevented the Ottomans from settling in the Danube meadows, near the ramparts, where they could have breached with enough space to work. These elite soldiers also built additional palisades and trap pits that would be essential during the siege. They were under the command of Marshal Luis de Ávalos, with captains Juan de Salinas, Jaime García de Guzmán, Jorge Manrique, and Cristóbal de Aranda.
Those same Spaniards made exits outside the walls in which they killed many Turks. They called those outings "going out to harvest". In one of those outings they killed 1200 Ottomans who were resting eating grapes. They were mercilessly slaughtered.
It is so aberrational to still see the effects of the Black Legend, when you see that any achievement or reference to the old Spanish empire is erased from books. Above all, it is surprising to see this on history channels.
When the Ottomans left , they left behind their coffee recipes and presses. This is how espresso type coffee was introduced to Europe. It was called Cafe Vienna and the presses later got modified in Italy which gave rise to the current form of espresso. Starbucks owes its existence to the Siege of Vienna!

János Szapolyai remains a very controversial figure in Hungarian history.
1. Some consider him a self serving traitor. This argument points to the fact that Szapolyai never arrived with his forces to help King Louis II of Hungary fight the Ottomans at Mohacs. They argue that he deliberately held back, because he coveted the crown. In addition, these claims also suggest that his selfish ambitions led to his selling out to the Ottomans.
2. Others argue that Szapolyai did not arrive to Mohacs on time due to logistical issues and severe difficulties with the terrain. They also argue that once the Ottomans conquered the Hungarian Kingdom, Szapolyai had no other option, but to seek the aid of the Ottomans in order to save the country from Austrian incursions to conquer the Kingdom of Hungary.
Ferdinand was also a controversial figure and most Hungarians seem to have a similar view of this ruler, which is honestly not very positive. Most believe that Ferdinand used a weak claim to the throne as a means to usurp the Hungarian Crown and conquer Hungary at a time when they needed help from these Islamic invasions. In the vernacular, he kicked them when they were down. Regardless, it is very clear that the Hungarian crown has been the ambition of every Habsburg ruler ever since King Matthias Corvinus conquered Vienna from Frederick III and held it until his death. Furthermore, Ferdinand did not respect ancient Hungarian laws under the Holy Crown which were solidified by the Golden Bull of 1222, so many Hungarian nobles were justifiably concerned that they will have to deal with a despot if Ferdinand were to become king. These fears became reality as Ferdinand proved to be extremely brutal against those Hungarians who opposed him.
It's an oversimplification to state that the high nobility supported Ferdinand and the lesser nobility supported Szapolyai. As your video correctly stated, the Kingdom of Hungary was in shambles after Mohacs (one King, 28 barons, 7 Prelates and a majority of the county governors were killed) and the entire royal court was essentially destroyed. This misunderstanding stems from a proclamation the lesser nobility made in 1505 stating they they will only support a Hungarian as ruler as opposed to foreign ruler. While it is true that the lesser nobles fully supported Szapolyai, one must also state that the majority of upper nobles also supported Szapolyai as was evidenced by the Diet of of 1526. The legitimacy issue had more to do with a legal issue concerning a handful among the upper nobility who supported Ferdinand (see below).
Many don't know that the Ottoman army actually left Hungary after the battle of Mohacs. Some historians claim that Suleiman could not believe that the Hungarian Kingdom fell so easily, because the Ottomans had been fighting the Hungarians for close to 150 years and something like this never happened (Of course years of civil wars of succession after Matthias Corvinus didn't help).
Szapolyai was one of the few nobles left with a strong standing army, so it is reasonable to assume that Szapolyai either took advantage of the situation to proclaim himself king, or felt that this was the opportunity to consolidate the nation and rebuild before the Ottomans returned (depending on how one views Szapolyai). At the same time, Ferdinand invaded Hungary to conquer it based on his claim to the throne. In essence, Hungary was fighting a war on two fronts, or as they saying goes, they stood between two pagans. As a side note, Ferdinand came to an agreement with the Ottomans once he got what he wanted. So much for defending Christianity.
After the Ottomans left, Szapolyai assembled what was left of the Hungarian nobility to form a diet and elect a new ruler. Szapolyai also had physical possession of the Holy Crown, which was the most important symbol of Hungarian royal rule. He also had the support of the remaining senior Prelate of Hungary who crowned him once the national assembly elected him king. Outside of one important aspect, Szapolyai had met every legal condition to become the legitimate king. The one important aspect missing was the support of the regent. If the King was not available, then only the regent could call a national assembly. The regent at this time was István Báthori who sided with Ferdinand and thus never endorsed Szapolyai's national assembly. Some argue this nullified Szapolyai's legitimacy and his rule was the first (and only) time in Hungarian history where a king ruled without a regent.
As mentioned above, Ferdinand had a very weak claim to the Hungarian throne. Ferdinand's claim was based on a promise by the Jagello Vladislaus II of Hungary after they were victorious in Hungarian civil war against the King Matthias Corvinus' son and his supporters. However, this agreement was never ratified by the Hungarian national assembly who had the right to elect a new king. Technically speaking, Sigismund I of Poland had a stronger claim to the Hungarian throne than Ferdinand.
As you can see, this is an extremely complex situation and the jury is still out on Szapolyai's role in Hungarian history. For his part, Ferdinand's legitimacy remains questionable and one could reasonably argue that consequently, the entire Habsburg line's legitimacy is questionable.
The Ottomans soon realized what was going on and entered Hungary once again. This is where your story begins.

"The sultan's janisaries were elite soldiers but the Germans were PROFESSIONALS" LMAO
That logic
Mercenaries move on to places where they can fight and earn coin often while soldiers go home and still get paid
Ottoman my arse wipe 🤣
Weapon difference.German mercanary used long range weapons(pikes),but janiseries only used short range weapons like swords. In that case, how they janiseries elite were, they couldn't break trained pikemen even they less trained than janisaries.
It still boils down to tactics... obviously the ottoman prefer to slaughter their own troops to achieve any objectives.
