It’s a bad product. Almost all adult bike seats have a 5mm screw that holds it in place. Having to replace it just to use this thing that has an 8mm screw is dumb
While this should be simple, this was the hardest product I’ve ever installed. Kudos to anyone that completes it!
I spent 1 hour on this and then found the bike seat clamp screw doesn't fit my bike. Thx Bell!

I’m fairly certain you put those bolts in upside down. The nut should be on the bottom.
