holy crap thank you, the first solution worked unliked any of the other videos. i have tried everything online but this is this first time it really worked, no one technical or anything would help me and i was stuck to the roblox microsoft store but it was also broken too because the mouse wouldnt lock at all and became very very very hard to play games.
HERE IS ANOTHER SOLUTION: So I have a bunch of stuff plugged into my computer: headphones, earbuds, a camera, a simulator steering wheel, & shifter and my dad actually helped but we basically started unplugging everything and it worked. It turns out my simulator wheel caused it to not load. Could be the driver but for now I'll just unplug it whenever I'm on roblox but hopefully you guys found this helpful as well!

0:14 as someone with a dad who builds computers PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS, I reccomend you clear out EVERYTHING! Yes, that includes the thumbnails. Disk cleanup is very helpful for removing temporary files, so PELASE do not EVER uncheck everything when preforming it. Get in the habbit of cleaning up your temporary files.
Now it also got me - and the only solution seems to be: Switch to the Microsoft Store version. If has a different key layout and you cant go real fullscreen, but it does not crash. -.- (And yes, tried all the solutions from here + many more)

It doesn't work man, sometimes it gives me the unexpected error message, sometimes it boots up the game and after some time it crashes and sometimes it doesnt start roblox at all.
@Vince-HD I found a fix from ROBLOX, you need to go and make a new Account on your Windows PC. You know when you boot up Window you get logged into a account, a profile? You need to create a new one with administrator rights and reinstall it. Hope that works.

None of these (and other) solutions worked for me. Ran across maybe DirectX is missing, went into Device Manager - winked + r dxdiag, then select display. Got error 22 on graphic cards, both were disabled. Enabled them and game now working. Roblox didn’t tell me about the error, Fortnite did which wouldn’t work either.

Can someone help me, when I open roblox 2 errors appear, I've done all the methods that say they work for these errors to disappear and it doesn't work, the 1st error is ''Failed to load library: SensApi.dll'' and the 2nd error it's ''the application encountered an unrecoverable error'' I haven't played roblox for 2 months :(
My pc is a 64 bit system, But my roblox is keep on updating at 32 bit, and because of this its showing the errors. i waited 2 weeks for the weekly updates, and its updating 32 bit client. even when i redownload roblox all over again it's still stayin at 32 bit. if anyone knows a fix to upgrade the client to 64 bit pls post the fix in the comment.
