Great message, but on the other hand, being a homemaker is also equally a proud n powerful thing. My mom is a homemaker...n i am a doctor n i owe my entire success to her...the way she has nurtured me, motivated me, stood by me in my failures during selection n made so many sacrifices for me.. is the only reason behind what I am today. Respect to all powerful women

True. It is not east to raise children and work outside. This ad actually spreads the wrong message putting unnecessary pressure on women. Someone has to sacrifice when women work outside. My mother was a successful woman in work but that meant sacrificing the time she needed to spend on me. I still have problem socializing, making friends, and fitting in.

You are right, but the advertisement focused more on professionally ambitious women's take on pregnancy.
It's all about empowering a women to choose what she wants, of being a homemaker was a choise she made despite having a working option, that's just splendid!
Not everyone can pull off such sacrifices.

It's not only a mother's duty to look after her kid. It is also the father's equal duty to take care of his child. Taking care of a child should be equally distributed. Not only "she" can carry both. If she can, then definitely "he" can also carry both. Cooking food, cleaing the house, washing dishes, washing clothes... all these can be done by men also. It is not a duty, it's called discipline!
A human being should do all these while he/she is living in a socially oriented society

Loved the premise and emphasis that "women can do it all" but once again the corporate woman is vilified for choosing to not have children. The real "inclusion" is when females respect each others' choices. The woman herself has the final say because it's about her life and her body. It sure is *amazing* to juggle home and work but it shouldn't be glorified so much that the women who have made a choice are excluded. The slogan for this year's international women's day is #BreaktheBias and this advertisement is anything but unbiased. :(

Because it is never their responsibilities, even if the husband and the wife both are working and equally contributing financially, but it is the wife's job to make the food, cleaning, taking care of the house , taking care of the children... Motherhood is amazing. There is no doubt and never will be...but I think now we all have to reconsider the fact of showing those women down, who chose to stay childless. If it's about 'Happy women's day' then first we all should start practicing to respect all women equally irrespective of their status. Agar differentiate hi karna hain toh 'Happy women's day' kyun?? 'Happy mother's day' is already there. It's high time to stop the discrimination. 😇

Comment section says a lot. All men raving about this ad and most women disliking it. It’s not about fake feminism. Physically women might be carrying the child but technically the responsibility is of both. So both the partners should be willing to carry the responsibility if chosen to do so.
They say it takes a village to raise a child. We have moved from Joint to Nuclear families. It takes both partners to raise a child. Stop patronising women by pushing all responsibility on to them. Being able to pursue once dreams and aspirations also leads to good mental and emotional health.
This is just their advertisement. I know many women who regret not able to pursue their career or choose lesser positions in jobs due to child birth.Men don’t have to face such issues when they become father. Feminism talks about these kind of issues. Those who talk here of fake feminism are men who are scared of taking up shared responsibility.

Such ads and so called things by society makes women vulnerable 🙄. My mom was told same she did all by herself and now she has high B.P and she wasn't able to work as no one was there to feed us or take care. Here in this ad she is a high level government servant so she has many maids and care takers all are not same for god sake🙄. There is a lot of difference between them

Idk why women are getting offended? I didn't find anything wrong in this ad. This ad is all about giving a clear vision that women can handle both work and family,it's her choice when she wanna give birth and when not, this ad is all about real woman empowerment not fake one where women can't enjoy their complete essence of being a women.
Salute to all women irrespective of their choice to bring a new life or not, but don't misjudge an ad which celebrates and honour of all mothers.

This ad seems to be misleading though it was intended to women empowerment. This adds a lot of pressure on women to be able to manage everything and be good at it!!
