Reviewing My April Spending | I spent HOW much this month?!

  • Since it's the end of the month let's review how much money I spent in April compared to my budget. Spoiler - I went WAY over budget this month so in this video I also give some ways I plan to reduce my spending in May.
    Reflecting on my spending at the end of the month is the last part of my 3 step budgeting process. It's SO important to compare how much you spent vs how much you budgeted to see where you went over and why! This helps me make a better plan for the upcoming months and reflect on which purchases were worth it and which ones were not.

    I recently heard that grocery pick up and Instacart inflate the prices but I'm not sure if that's true or not

      It depends on the store, the ones that don't usually say "store prices" on them

      In my experience, instacart price items are more expensive vs actual price in store.
