Hi guys, so sorry for the delayed response. Thousand Trails is not better then KOA just different. It is a tiered membership and there are many different levels. It would take some deep research to figure out which one is best for you and if it is worth the cost. We stay in a lot of the Thousand Trails so it is worth the cost of the membership and yearly dues for us. This one is a very nice campground. We love when they have a pool and hot tub for sure. Hi Kevin,Pat, Trixie and Buddy, Indian Lakes is a pretty amazing campground for sure and Handicap accessible. Ice cream is my favorite and I was really glad for such a wonderful treat. A very nice place to camp. 👍🏻
