"Erik Watts and Zandig vs. Tommy Rogers and Adam Pierce (w/ hair)" has the energy of what you get when you download a bunch of Fire Pro CAWs off the steam workshop and then hit Random.
I’m so happy to see you cover Ted. One of my favorite heels in the WWF. He’s also from my state of Nebraska along with Sting and the Master of the Claw, Barron Von Raschke.
It was actually funded by former AWF producer Howard Lipkent and some silent partners who never followed through with the investment. Ted is just the figurehead though he worked some reporters.
I remember watching this on late Saturday nights (11PM or midnight) in early 2000. I was hardcore into pro wrestling at the time and would watch any wrestling, no matter how good or downright horrible is was.
@@ottagol1985 Yup. We used to get random episodes of random promotions popping in & out of syndication through both 31UHF in Rochester, 38, which was a random channel, & 29, which was another Fox affiliation out of Buffalo. Saw the last episode of this, I remember a random AWF episode with Tito Santana-Bob Orton in the main event (Sgt. Slaughter as the referee too), random IWCCW episodes popping on...but yea, I remember watching this episode, saw the Johnny Ace promo (with the hack job video treating Kenta Kobashi like a job guy in commentary). Never saw any other episodes before or after of the WXO
I remember this or something similar Ted DiBiase tried putting out. It was supposed to be a Christian themed wrestling promotion or something of that nature.
You can't just Ted Dibiase all of our dreams dude... Also, put Brian Zane in the part 2, it will be a nice reference to your cameo on his video of Hogan Knows Best part 2
Alright now we are indeed cooking what gas ⛽,🔥🔥🔥 Barry Horowitz comes in to save the show!! Well that looks to be close to the end of this presentation
They had more than three episodes, I remember watching it on TV and I recorded some shows on VHS. I don't have the VHS tapes anymore as I let my cousin have all of my wrestling tapes I recorded off of TV years ago. WXO came on a sports channel once a week that aired on a Alabama cable TV network. I believe they called it Wrestling Xtreme Overload. The shows started off bad and than they began to get better little by little. The production of the shows got better at one time and then they began to be very bad once again. I guess they was running out of money..
Seems like alot of random wrestling promotions in the early 2000's made appearance since the demise of wcw. It was like they were desperate for a wcw replacement to fill in the gaps of no competition for wwe.
Hmmm, someone did think to tell Ted that 2000 might not be the best time to start a promotion? ECW didn't have money but at least they had a look and aura to their shows, these just looked meh.
I got to say first time 👀👀 GM Adam pearce and with a bouffant of flowing hair well his time in WWE as GM has lasted longer than this oxt it whatever ur calling it
11:06 Look, it's an awkward situation, they're both wrestling fans, but they're not on speaking terms after having an argument over the fact that they keep forgetting who is who among themselves. Thanks for bringing up awful memories, you buzzkill!
It's not fair to say Dibiase had no charisma without the Million Dollar Man gimmick. If you saw his early NWA run in Georgia and Mid-South, the guy already had star quality.
😂Worst wrestling show you've ever seen? Noooo. You must have intended to qualify that statement. Like... Worst show with wrestlers formerly in a major promotion. Maybe it was implied. 😁Otherwise, I think you might have a new source of content, reviewing awful wrestling you've never seen before.
Keep putting out the wrestling content vee
💯
Seeing the Lex Luger "I don't know" clip is always a treat.
Love Lex Luger
You can't just Ted DiBiase all of our dreams, dude. I need the next 2 episodes.
Underrated youtuber. I appreciate your constant unique videos on topics people haven't covered to death.
How they got Zandig of all people for a organization that prided itself on being family friendly, I’ll never know.
W X FREAKIN O

Its funny I was playing Fire Pro G on the original playstation around this time. Used the game emhancer trick to play copies and Imports back then
00:31 How did they get Scott Nash, but not Kevin Hall? The Sideouters would have been sweet too!
Probably more backstage politicking by Hulk Russo.
I though it must have been buff mynutz
Yes we want to see part 2 and 3 .vee
Please we need more!
Loving the wrestling contest Vee. Keep it coming.
I’m so happy to see you cover Ted. One of my favorite heels in the WWF. He’s also from my state of Nebraska along with Sting and the Master of the Claw, Barron Von Raschke.
I think that this has been a more thorough presentation about this fed than I've seen before. Good on, señor
I didn't even realise it was was you, Infuso. This is some good weed. And this is a good video.
I love when you find ways to incorporate that Lex Luger “I DONT KNOW!!!!” clip. Always perfect timing
"Questioning it only makes it last longer." 😂😂😂
Please do the other two episodes, Vee
From what I've found out, Scott Nash wrestled mainly in the Florida indie scene as Devin Nash. IPW Hardcore was his home for a few years.
Yeah I remember this, I saw it once and it never came on TV again after the first time in my area
This is definitive proof that aggressively bad wrestling is better than dull wrestling
Excellent vid. Great narrator, too. Subbed👍
WXO was such 90's wrestling name. Something I would have done in 1999.
Batman and wrestling, you’re the best channel.
I think a feature of 1PW UK would be awesome from you Vee 🔥 both of their runs had so many wild occurings. Cheers!

Saw 3 or 4 episodes in my area (Largo Florida) and never heard from it again.
You can't just Ted DiBiase all of our dreams, Vee, but you can try
Saw it once. The last episode. Johnny Ace, Demolition was teased to come in, Stan Lane attacked backstage. The mystery twins were in the main event
That was your first viewing of the show, too?

I want to see reviews of the other shows WXO did and other wrestling content
Alright now we are indeed cooking what gas ⛽,🔥🔥🔥 Barry Horowitz comes in to save the show!! Well that looks to be close to the end of this presentation
Got 1 of the eps on tape. Stayed up late to record it. I was actually hoping it would last. 3 eps and done tho

No bigger name than "Medium Sexy" Scott Nash. 😄
So Eric Watt was the David flair of his short lived wrestling program with no specific name

I like to pretend Mike Enos is Von Wagner’s uncle because he tagged with his dad

Lock him up
Postman Pearce
Fuckin Erik Watts was taller than Zandig, I didn't know Zandig worked for Ted's company. When was this company started?
2000
W.o.N put it on a shirt
Hmmm, someone did think to tell Ted that 2000 might not be the best time to start a promotion? ECW didn't have money but at least they had a look and aura to their shows, these just looked meh.
So why do we keep ragging on fake Razor and fake Diesel when Scott Nash is floating around in the universe 😂
Your name is letters
4:39 look at the generic Brett hartbthst Eric Watt is tagging with not outfit face
I got to say first time 👀👀 GM Adam pearce and with a bouffant of flowing hair well his time in WWE as GM has lasted longer than this oxt it whatever ur calling it

It was probably the worst run wrestling company I've ever heard it never stood a chance
what a weird show . sorry but mark hamil is best joker lol .
Just Came Here From Watching Young Rock and It's a total dumpster fire compared to The Iron Claw terrible tv show
Your mic volume was a little too low here just fyi
Million Dollar Man was awesome, Ted Dibiase….not so much.
WTF
Almost first
Erik Watts is okay. Just nothing special and obviously overpushed because of his last name.
No problem cat calling female employees! Why’s that bad?
😂Worst wrestling show you've ever seen? Noooo. You must have intended to qualify that statement. Like... Worst show with wrestlers formerly in a major promotion. Maybe it was implied. 😁Otherwise, I think you might have a new source of content, reviewing awful wrestling you've never seen before.
