Great interview and content here. The part that I find very interesting is that sooooo many big time producers and coaches teach to build rapport during the process and take anywhere from 10-15-20 minutes to do this. Make the client laugh, share personal stories and show commonality to break down barriers. Because the logic is that a client wont give you their SS or banking information to a complete stranger over the phone. But, they will give it to someone that they like and trust. My point is that Erica is obviously NOT spending alot of rapport or bonding time with each client and still closing lots of sales. She's at 25-30 minutes and closing the deal. For me, it verifies that you don't need all that bonding time to be successful in final expense tele-sales. Take care of the client and find your own path and go forth and prosper. Thanks for posting and great job Erica. Love your humor and your direct approach style !
