Good news got development. Am one of those who believe that Luderitz will overtake Walvis Bay in economic output once all these projects begin including Oil production. Moreso, I understand from Safland property group that they coming to build a New modern Mall there soon. I saw they were In Luderitz for land in October. Bank of Namibia too decided to build a Regional branch there. I hope they start soon.

They use the Namibian dollar. It's not easy to run a business there because the entire country has around 2.5 million people whereas this town (lüderitz) has less than 20,000 people. You can do more research as my comment is based on the observations I made when I was there. Oh and the cost of living is a little high.
