  • The bottoming stage entails attaching a sole, with a cork layer in between. The sole is then 360 channelled and then closed for a smooth flawless looking outsole, along with our branding.

    You don't use Gemming, do you?

      Hi Charles, we take a channel directly on the insole and make the Goodyear welting stitching to the insole and upper. This makes for a more robust construction and comfort as the thicker insole helps take shape of the feet better

      @@bridlenshoemaker That is super amazing, as I know, J.M.Weston does the same, this is closer to HANDWELTED than Goodyear Welted. Wonderful!
