The anweser to how many miles to the gallon made me laugh, all of the smiles lol, and greg with the one tire fire sometimes sounds like it could just need a fluid change, my buddy's 06 did the same thing just changed fluid and it was all good, his is only at 790ish but it still might help some in your case, great videos man keep it up!
Highly suggest the True Trac limited slip rear, put one in my 2nd gen dually and its excellent towing and unloaded driving, also makes for killer burnouts. I've had it for about 2years with no issues.
Awesome awesome video Greg A, wow a lot of details on the 05 lol, I had no idea that it had that little miles on it when you first got it wow that is insane lol. My 04.5 which is essentially the same truck lol has currently 243,600 some and it don’t act like it lol, these trucks are animals pretty much up until I’d say you get closer to 1 million miles. I know some of these that have reached 1million miles, and they still run pretty good but they start to show their age pretty soon after that lol. The way you maintain them, and meticulously keep them serviced all yours will have zero issues making it to 1 million miles, and beyond lol.
I definitely recommend the 4th Gen seat upgrade! It’s an easy swap the only “challenge” is the wiring harnesses are different. Other than that, the seats bolt right in.

Who makes the exhaust back pressure gauge that you had on the pillar? Dam good looking rig! Love black but it’s a full time job keeping it looking that way! I run white vehicles fir that reason! Thanks fir the info!
I am battling power steering fluid pushing throw the cap under high rpm runs and the breathe tubes are pushing oil all over the front diff. Should I go to a catch can? This is on a fresh build 800hp engine.
Screw a drag truck build either build a pull truck or put triple turbos back on the 05 and three cp3s and get a industrial injection master shredder engine and don’t worry about it.
Greg the only reason that tire you say is a 12.5 wide is because of the rim it’s on. That tire you said being 285/55/22 measures 11.22 wide in inches. The stretch makes it look bigger.
I love the 05 I just wish you would of kept the stock fenders and headlight. But to each is own! The 02-05 is hands down the best body style in my opinion
hey Greg nice 05 by the way. my question is does your front axle have a locker or is it open diff up front and are you going to convert the front axle to have locking hub's smaller to a 1st gen 3/4 ton and 1 ton 4x4 ?
It's only got 940 horsepower and 1800 torque. Lmfao it's only got ONLY. Love the truck absolutely amazing. I'd trade the wife and dog for it lol. Keep up the great work and videos.

2nd Gen extended cabs look better than single cabs in my opinion. A Black 01' Dodge 2500 extended cab 4x4 with a 2.5 leveling kit and 35" tires or 4"-6" lift kit with 37" tires would be awesome.
I think it would be cool if you got an old 72-80 dodge power wagon. Maybe did a 360 build or something. Change up the diesel content a bit. Don't get me wrong, I love the videos but a gas build would be cool. Carbureted at that. Or a 5.7 or 6.4 hemi swap.

Truck is awesome. I also have an 05 but every time I go to "higher power diesel" they only show 06 and up for tuning.

There's a dmax that can make 4k but it keeps cracking blocks, so it's turned down to 3k
