I went to a concert and they sound better live than in video, wich is a lot to say. The reason for this performance having no effects is because they know they can do it and they know people love live vocals, and also they love performing. Not only they are talented, but also their music is unique and everytime they comeback it feels new but still Dreamcatcher. I would recommend you reacting to Dreamcatcher - Bonvoyage, for me that song encapsulates really well their essense. Btw, they have actual storyline and big concepts in every comeback, so if you are interested a lot of us wouldn't mind explaining the concepts of the songs
I had a good laugh when you asked why would you let anyone do this to you. Thats just DC and it was probably them who asked for this format and for the stripped back vocals. They love to perform and they always sing live. Even when there is a back track theyll often try to overpower it. Especially Siyeon, shes a monster on the stage. I know i recommended the album on your first video but just wanted to mention it again. Its a fantastice mini and really shows off their vocals. Don’t worry! These girls kill it on stage with the vocals and their performance! They are very confident. They recently announced their USA tour. You should definitely check it out and go to one of their concerts. It’s a must! ❤
Thank you for reacting to Dreamcatcher. And yes, they almost always perform live with very intense choreography + formational change in all their stages & mv. It really took a lot of stamina for them but they keep improving themselves as years goes by & becoming better in each comeback
exactly what i feel,u really have to be confident that every single one of your members will nail their part while doing choreo,and its even crazier they do this with a song that have 6 hn moments and adlibs done by 5 members the adlibs on the final chorus is done by Siyeon(short hair) btw,their main vocalist,the one that sing the next line

They are perfect in so many ways and all seven of them are bias material. Dreamcatcher has been staying true with their rock inspire genre every come back title track since their 2017 debut and yes they all have choreography. Even some of their B-side songs have choreography. B-side is when they have songs with other genres. You should start with their debut song because not only did they do what they are doing but they also added the horror element in their story (even doing so by debuting on Friday the 13th). They are really that unique special group. I highly recommend you check them out further.

To look at how coodinated they are, I suggest watching their 1st anniversay Fan Song, "Fullmoon" and if you like new concepts, check out "Shatter" which interpretes the story of Medusa and they love sing about social issues like Cyberbullying in "Scream" and for a Computer Game Collab check out "Deja Vu" and for the environment check out "Bon Vovage" Hope you continue your Insomnia journey!

dreamcatcher \:D/ if you check out the other dancear performances by other groups, you will notice there's input reverb and post production autotune in some cases. this is pretty standard practice based on the kpop performances I've seen whether it's killing voice, it's live, first take, etc... and even radio performances have input reverb nowadays. dreamcatcher just likes to do things a little different and a lot of their songs are social commentary on current day issues. maybe this is also the case given a lot of criticism over groups lip syncing or just not being able to sing live. I won't go into the theme of the song too much but if you remember, the ending scene was siyeon playing a cassette tape which can be interpreted as turning back the clock on music, to the days before autotune and the like. that said, their choreo is a little deceiving. usually whoever is singing will not be moving much so it's just masked by others dancing around her. the only except was the last part done by siyeon which is just insane. of course checking older work by them would be cool but since the new album was recently released, it wouldn't be a bad idea to check out the 3 remaining b-sides using lyric videos so you can just judge them based on the song and singing. justice is the title track with bsides - stomp, 2 rings, fireflies. all 3 are very different songs. ps, include reaction in your title to get more exposure. fans who want to watch reactions will do narrow searches like dreamcatcher reaction and right now yours does not show up.

There are several live versions. But without the main singer Siyeon (sick). All other 6 take on their singing part. In the best way. This group is really something special. The entire album is a work of art.
If this is the first time seeing something similar, may I recommend NMIXX stage practices? (NOT dance practices.) And I second everyone recommending Dreamcatcher's "it's live" stages. In some ways it is similar to this, but I think it emphasises different points. Specifically for Justice, there is no choreo, so they can focus more on vocals.

If there's a little bit of processing, I feel like it's for the sake of leveling and for the spatial audio. Other than that, it's pretty raw.
Their It's live version is best with live band if you just want to hear how good are their vocals...
