Agree with you for the mass con' cards especially red 5 though i would of given red 10 a caution for his challenge earlier in the game.I noticed that both keepers had the same colour tops on and there was no corner flags in place for the game!
Red 10, definite yellow. Stopping the other team breaking and no attempt to play the ball. The way he went into the tackle he was awlays going to clatter the guy
I think Red 5 was lucky to escape the first challenge without a card, to be honest. Elbow up and into the side of the head. More of a fend than a strike with the elbow, so I don't think it's a red, but definitely something missed there. Tough spot though, have to see it through the body and the AR for that side is on the far end.
Would have liked to have heard your whistle more.. just keep blowing and moving around (in reality, you're doing nothing but it looks like you are doing something) to get an angle to see the incident... you were quite static but as always, I really like your calmness and how you deal with these incidents, even though you must have been thinking what the hell has happened 🤣
That makes complete sense. I thought i’d just be blowing the whistle with no affect and only down it once I saw it calming down. Thank you. I really did. The game was so calm, no problems and then bang, mass con 😂
@Refs World i had it a couple of seasons ago just before corona. U18s had one team a few times, so they knew my style. Was being observed aswel, so I was doing everything by the book. Then, out of nowhere, there was a mass con a red card and a few yellows, game on. Then, about 20 minutes later, another mass con.. again, a red and a few yellows.. after the game, I was so confused about how it all started.
I do to but when Sunday league teams don’t have it, I don’t want to not play a game because of socks. In other leagues(Saturday football) it’s all done professionally and never any problems
8:49 assuming you cautioned the 5 for persistently infringing? If that’s the case, an experienced observer would probably have an issue here (especially if you are thinking of going 5-4 because they’re picky!)- persistent infringement has to be in quick succession. So probably not over two halves. Nonetheless you sell it well👍
@@Squensk for something to be persistent it needs to happen frequently in quick succession does it not? A foul in the 1st, 39th and 90th minute by the same player isn’t persistent. One in the 5th, 12th and 16th is. And if you’re going to argue about the wording of law, I’d like to ask whether you send every person off who uses foul language? I’d guess not because it is about interpretation of the law.
@@KaneSmith-c6i Absolutely interpretation is important, which is why the law does not refer to time period, just like the law does not refer to specific 'foul words'. Context is everything :) From IFAB list of cautionable offences: "persistent offences (no specific number or pattern of offences constitutes 'persistent')
Red 5 first yellow card is very very harsh. i hear what you say about committing 4 or 5 fouls but if you look at the yellow card you give him and then the red 10 that you don't caution ?? sometimes give yourself some time. Just because he has committed a foul after you talk to him doesn't mean its a card. Sunday league you can definitely man manage a bit more
Very good point. In my head because I had warned him for persistently fouling I had to do something about it. 10 red definitely should’ve been booked. What do you think about his second yellow?
no issue with the second yellow. Im a level 2 referee in Wales and its good to see you refereeing in Enfield which is where i was until 5 years ago@@RefsWorld
I thought the number 5 tried to stop the 6 from getting to his team players.
By running in how he did?
The number 6 was preventing the 5 from going into the back of the Komi player on the floor
5 was trying to prevent a brawl, he even was pulling his own team mates away

I realised I should’ve booked red 10. Neither team was the home team as it was a league appointed pitch and there wasn’t any corner flags nearby 🤦🏽
Mass con handled really well good teamwork from all the officials

Hello brother I'm come from Cambodia. I am your fan. I learned from you as a referee.Thank
Wow, thank you for watching.
I would have possibly booked red 7 for kicking it all off. but Red 5 was a stonewall second yellow.
You got the mass con bookings right. 9:12 that tackle from behind should have been a yellow. Edit: why were there no corner flags?
I’m not sure who the pitch is owed by but there’s NEVER any corner flags on this pitch

Now that sounds like a headache! It’s just crazy. This was over nothing as well
Nice work 👏 must have been hard with everyone wearing black socks!
Thank you. I’m so use to it now in Sunday League that it’s just become the norm for me.
@@RefsWorld ha all good - i get a bit OCD about the wrong colour undergarments too! (law 4 is enforced a bit more strictly here by the looks!)

9:30 lucky boy!
Definite yellow for me

Oh wow, that’s great to know. Probably should’ve carded him after the 3rd foul then in the first half. Thank you for that
@@RefsWorld spot on, I think any observer would fully support a caution after the 3rd. By the way you handled the mass confrontation very well also.
Not true. Nothing in the laws about 'quick succession'.

Where are the cornerflags
No idea at this place. It’s not either teams fault, this pitch just doesn’t have any
