Hello Dr. Kizzy! I have been contemplating on starting my business for years! As a Doctorate professional and years as a former Contract Administrator with the federal government, I came across your videos. I am watching the Beginner videos as I am still trying to gauge what area of contracting I want to get into. Love you for spreading and sharing this knowledge. I come from a federal background so the paperwork is not an issue! Lol. I really want to get the nut and bolts of this especially since I have experience with contracts. I am aiming for more in my life and want the financial stability to go along with it.
I just bought your proposal writing course. I'm not afraid to apply and not afraid of rejection. LOL. I've applied for about 6 without your course and have only gotten one, so I figure I need some help. I believe this is what's missing. Thank you Kizzy :)
I just found this video. I have a bit of confusion about this , so can it be construction work thing of that nature? Also, if you dont have experience in the field of what you're trying to sell, is that fine?
@KizzyParks is there like a class or road map to getting this all set up in a short time with out messing up? Because I would love to jump right in by having it layout but not trying to go through 60 plus videos.
From the research ive done, there are laws and regulations that apply to subcontracting work out on 8a contracts. Title 13, chapter 1, part 125, of the code of federal regulations, says that for services contracted to the government, the prime contractor has to provide %50 of the work. I know that the regulations specifically says that you can sub out up to %50 of the services provided, to another company not in class (not a small buisness), but can i sub out the other %50 to a small business and still be okay? You dont ever seem to talk about the prime contracting responsibilities from a legal perspective.

How was at? Well I know you don’t think it’s bad but what did it help you with that would otherwise took longer? Or what does it cover? Sorry for all the questions.
I would imagine everybody will take something different away from the book when they read it. For me the thing that was most useful is the idea that you can be successful at winning and fulfilling contracts in just about anything.
I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Kimberly Ann Doran
Wow. I'm a bit perplexed seeing her been mentioned here also Didn’t know she has been good to so many people too this is wonderful, I'm in my fifth trade with her and it has been super.

I talk about this often. Get a cage code and bid. It’s that simple.
@KizzyParks but how do you do that and sub out 100% if the work and not violate those rules?
Is this possible to do as a Non-Us-Resident but do have a LLC established and doing business in US for the last 3 years?
Yes it is.
Go Lions!!! 🦁🦁🦁
That’s right!!!
Finally I’m early!!!

The very first time we tried, we invested $2000 and after a week, we received $9500. That really helped us a lot to pay up our bills.
You trade with Kimberly Doran too? Wow that woman has been a blessing to me and my family.
😳
I'm new at this, please how can I reach her?
Can the business be a nonprofit 501c3?
Yes if you’d like.
Is she in an apartment? House doesn’t look like she’s made $70M. Something’s wrong here
