I don't know why everyone is saying that Nida is asking foolish questions, but according to me she has infact tried asking about everything which otherwise, other people ignore while, telling about diet plan, because quantity of flour used for making chapati matters the most, for example if you are making 1_ chapati from 3 tbspoon flour and another one from 5 tablespoon flour, do you really think that both of them will be having same calories, no never, moreover many of you were making her fun for the colour of apple, so asking this question was also important as green apple contains almost 80 calories, while red one contains 52 calories, so as Reema is too much weight consious so Nida just preferably asked her this question.Btw , in some videos Nida also sounds irritating to me but as far as this video is concerned she asked totally authentic and sensible questions.
