14:09 come on girl, she’s obvs saying he deserves another award for standing up for the ladies
"Some guy named "Lawrence Hill""... hahaha. Poor beatle.
Not the 'comedy' of this show just being misogyny. Thank god we've moved on from this.
Ad-Rock talked about this on stage because of his wife Kathleen Hanna of Bikini Kill and Le Tigre, it’s a topic they still talk about, and still try to correct. Dianna Ross was giving a very sweet, but cheeky “good job”
From this vmas i remember Britney performing and Lauryn Hill winning video of the year
8:09 bruh “Gara-Fellow”? That said, I remember this award show and the rest feels pretty spot on. 99-early 00s was insane
I personally enjoyed the 1999 VMAs. Great year and miss the simplicity of styling where they didn’t have to dress to impress.
Ita amazing how Baby one more time won nothing. Its like one of the Most Iconic and recognisable videos of all time.
I’m waiting on the episode titled “that went perfectly.” 😂
The Antera reference 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
OMG yes walk that fucking duck 😂 That was immediately what I thought too 😂😂
I was 5 yrs old and I actually remember watching with my older siblings But I 100% remember Lil'Kim Iconic purple dress and a female interviewer jiggled lil kim titi lol
Diana juggled her boob
I am rolling @ the David Bowe part. YO. 😂
But you know you didn’t have to come at TLC like that. Cmon now.
