Totally agree with doing this. I did mine a few weeks ago and on my local trails that I know VERY well, the long uphills that would give me 2 bars of heating before sealing the case up now just barely show one bar off and on. It is a much cooler clutch now.
@@Jduc750 Yes, absolutely. Every bar you get is more and more damage you are doing to your belt. It only takes about an hour to do so I think that is pretty easy for the results.
Thanks James, I would think this would also help keep the clutches cleaner as well. By the way, you did my clutches this winter. I have a few rides in since. I am very happy, my friends were skeptical on the no primary spring. Works just fine.

Awesome info. And By chance do you have a video changing out the secondary clutch spring ?
What is the sealant you used? Or will any non hardening sealant work? Haven’t found a dap tube here that looks like the one you used
