Yeah it's an interesting view football fans don't always necessarily get to see. I'm a huge MMA fan and I've thought for a long time NFL could take some notes from UFC and how they do their embedded's and countdowns for fight week and constantly get fan favorites involved with media and really give a different side of fighters and display their personality. Seems like NFL is catching on though and not attacking any independent show they can and instead working with them and encouraging more eyes however they can get them and also branching out and partnering with big streaming platforms to show us behind the scenes to see the process and get a look at the players beyond just on the field and stale pressers. I love to talk shit about Goodell but this has been a pretty obvious pivot the last few years and it's really smart IMO just as a fan of both MMA and NFL. Like who watched hard knocks with Detroit and wasn't kinda pulling for those guys this year? I could normally care less about Detroit. The UFC has done that exact thing well for a decade.
As a Panther I felt like leaving the franchise when we traded him, great player, person and role model, complete professional. I'm happy he went to San Fran as he deserves success and I think he'll get him a Superbowl ring with the Niners. Another great guest and show, keep on bussin em out boys, cheers.
I was at the Stanford/Iowa Rose Bowl game when this guy absolutely shredded us from the first play of the game. I’ve never seen anyone take over a game to that extent in my life. It’s not a shock that he’s doing it in the NFL. Dudes an all-time legend.
Thankful for the Boys for this one! Explaining his mindset and how his dad taught him how to control his emotions totally lines up with how he is on the field. A smile is rare, all business. No big TD celebration, it’s always a ‘back to work’ mentality. Hope you bring him back, maybe him and Kittle?! ❤
As a lifelong Panther fan, I think I speak for most of us when I say that we were all pretty devastated when he got traded but in a weird way we appreciated him so much as a fan base that we were happy for him to go to a team with a competent staff that was a true contender.
Big time Eagles fan love CMac honestly, wish the NFC Championship could've been a more fair fight. Loved watching ol #5 at Stanford, the last time I could genuinely root for a specific college team. Shoutout the boys!
This is a awesome interview so used to seeing the humble quiet Christian on the field dope to see his real personality and how he fit right along with you guys from the jump!
The “missing the boys” atmosphere is the same as being in the military. Especially the Infantry. I keep in touch with guys I served with and that’s all we talk about is missing being together, the brotherhood and comradery
Great damn episode. Been rockin with CMC since I think sophomore year at Stanford. A random ass ESPN mag in the mail was my introduction. Good to see how far he’s come and how far he’ll go. Keep it rollin boyss!
As a Carolina fan CMC is still my favorite RB in the league the kid works his butt off and it shows on game day. Still rocking the panthers 22 jersey keep pounding.
That was a good one. Actually one of the best ones for me. I liked a lot of these, there’s a lot of really good ones. This is one of them. Really good insight and just cool to listen to. I love this shit.
I loved watching CMC in high school. I was only a lil kid but my dad would take me to games and I told me how much of a stud this guy was. Was truly fun to watch. Literally had no reason to go watch valor games other than to watch CMC. My brother literally played for Cherry Creek 😂
@@mozeeyyy ya we followed McCaffrey closely ever since we seen him play at Valor. Watching him at Stanford was fun also and we saw how good he was but never expected him to become a better NFL player than his father was. Truly fun to watch every week knowing he grew up down the street.
This guy is a Champion. Love it or hate it he is out working you. This guy will win championships this kind of guy fires me up. Never been a fan of CMC of course I knew who he was but I’m a lifetime fan now. Love the discipline
Woke up at 6pm and finished the kittle pod. Next thing I know it's 730 and I'm eating chicken tenders cracking a pounder. What can I say Saturday's for the boys
Loved the pod, but can we get Jack, Garrett, JP, Blass, and Mitch some mics when they ask questions to the guests? Can't hear anything when they ask questions. #fortheboys
I played at American heritage with Sony. Dude was a monster. One play against I believe American heritage - Delray, he made a quick cut to the outside and stepped on my right ankle. Still have a 3 inch area with no feeling in it lmao
As a lifelong Oregon Fan. Would have been dope having him in the green and yellow. We had Royce Freeman and Thomas Tyner eating up the carries though..
I’m a lifelong buccs fan who is probably one of cmcs biggest fans (watched every game since army high school American game) and I’m heartbroken to know they were interested and didn’t get him.
After hearing his disappointment about that game, I REALLY wanna see them go now and honestly I think that game will give them the juice to do it. I think it’s a done deal now. They’re gonna go.
That's not what he meant when he said "preparing for Tampa" He was talking about preparing for Carolina's upcoming game against Tampa. He had no idea where he was going.
Dude you have GOT to get CMC back as much as possible! This was one of the best episodes. You three have a great chemistry. Never a dull moment.
Ehhh you must be a niner or panther fan. Was a standard episode

I liked this guy just based on how he played the game, but now that I've heard him talk in this setting. Wow, he really is an awesome guy!
I've never heard him talk outside of a NFL press setting. He's definitely one of the boys!

😅😅😅😅
Yep
CMC described exactly the appeal to this show and why I consume it. The smallest peak inside of thr NFL locker room.
This podcast is great, even as a Panthers fan I've never seen anything where CMC is this laid back and open.

This was a really good one. I agree.
The boys always getting me through my Tuesday office day at the job 🤘🏻

Na bro they’re not getting past the panthers. KEEP POUNDING

Kittle paired with these 2 would be a hell of an episode. Probably piss my pants laughing by the end of it. Lol

As a 49er fan, I will never forget the day we made this trade.
I was screaming! Best trade!
it’s looking even better this year!🙏🏽
CMC is one of the few exceptions to the saying "don't meet your heroes because you'll be disappointed" . What a solid fucking dude

Feel like Christian is like a tier 1 Opperator in a another life. Just got that vibe to him
Dude is a stud.
Couldn't be more thrilled as a Niner Die hard to have CMC!
CMC is such a stud. Genuine and hard working cat, was awesome hearing his vulnerability on the pod. Big fan!
Thanks for this interview, CMC took the Niners to the next level. We will be back next year
This is absolutely my favorite episode so far. CMC is a dude. The chip makes my guy unstoppable!

I’m a lifelong buccs fan who is probably one of cmcs biggest fans (watched every game since army high school American game) and I’m heartbroken to know they were interested and didn’t get him.
What number draft pick did the buccaneers have in the year CMC was drafted?????
Because I know that cmc was drafted by the panthers with the 8th pic?
Now he back in the Super Bowl let’s go 49ers.
3rd string Goalie😎
Respect too the Younger brother's.
Tuff men all around
"Jimmy Im sorry but youre gonna have to tell me what to do " 😂😂😂
i respect Ts energy stay positive bro
A CMC and Heinickie pod would be elite
The fact Taylor’s wearing a Shoresy t shirt is awesome
Still can’t believe we got CMC on the 49ers lol it’s amazing man
I still shake my head. Unreal.
That’s cool. If he came to my team I’d be so freakin pumped up. Enjoy that!
After hearing his disappointment about that game, I REALLY wanna see them go now and honestly I think that game will give them the juice to do it. I think it’s a done deal now. They’re gonna go.
@Bobby_D next season they will have the biggest chip on their shoulders. Should be a good year.
Gillis has been man crushing on CMC the past two weeks as well. Stay a wolf boys, Tier 1
Locker Room Talk would be an epic name for something
*Buss’in with the ADS*
I honestly don’t think I’ll be able to sleep tonight knowing cmc was almost a buccaneer.
