Where on earth did you get that ? In "Bob Dylan Complete " there is no mention of that. He just wrote the song during an electric breakdown in november 1965.

Most people don't know that Dylan wrote the tune and the chorus to the OCMS hit Wagon Wheel.

This sucks. The song is slow and soulful. Not here. They do good on The Weight with Gillian Welch. Not here.
I've heard Dylan play this song at this same, driving tempo in live shows. Electric guitar solos added etc.
