I love how the wizard (arguably the most zoney tipe of char in YOMI) still does things like "Fuck it. I AM THE MAGIC MISSILE"

He seems like a zoner, but he's more a of a midrange. You can't really spam projectiles because it's free parries and free meter for the opponent. I'd argue cowboy is the real zoner, crazy range and not easily parried.
