This one is truly thoughtful for the owners to leave the natural beauty undisturbed and build alongside❤️ That rock waterfall is priceless! And the home is amazingly decorated, using live edge counters & brickwork along with comfy,.spacious seating & bedding (king size, able to walk around, w/ closet ...& the sound of a waterfall?! Great video! Your videos are always clear and scene transitions are very smooth. Initially, I thought you were walking outside in your socks on the wet patio 😮 But all of a sudden, you have your jacket and shoes on 😂
I absolutely really love the layout of this place. My favorite parts are the spiral staircase, of course, loft, balconies, especially the wrap around one, and floating shelves. Also, I love the water fall from the rocks right there. How are Savanna and Bishop doing? Also, Weston? I bet he's loving up on his baby brother.

I noted at the bottom of the waterfall had something that looked like a pool/tub? Are you able to enter it or is it just there to collect water only? Kudos for knowing the next lunar year is the year of the dragon.

I love it. I would just change one thing...keep the bedrooms on the 1st floor. I do not like steps!
Definitely, but it’s only considered a 1 bedroom house as we were only able to get a 1 bedroom septic on the property. Adding the loft was a trick to sneak in an extra bed.
I could live there year round.

Neat, but constant erosion of the hillside would be a major concern. And must be difficult to access in winter.
It’s actually very easy to access as we only see 1 or 2 snows a year. There’s a lower parking lot with steps or you can park at the end of the driveway and walk up if there is ice.
Erosion will happen with any house built on the side of a mountain. As long as you keep track of and fix any issues you will be fine. Problems occur when you don’t give it the attention it needs.
Love it. Dad retired to a new wood and glass house in the woods. The only part on the ground was the driveway! He terraced it, and planted crown vetch, juniper and other stuff against erosion. His realtor friend laughed when Dad bought it, and said he guessed there was a turkey for every roost. Dad's gone now, but we sure loved that house!!!

I love this place. Except for the fact that you would break your neck trying to watch anything on the TVs. It drives me nuts when people put TVs so high on the wall.
Wasn’t a fan in the past, but you don’t even notice it when you’re sitting there. It’s actually at a great height! Book it and check it out for yourself.
