The reason u fell on your axels at the beginning was bc your upper body posture wasn't strong, u kpet dropping your arms instead of keeping them on your chest or infront for the check out. i'd say your lower body is stronger than you upper body. Where in the axel that u landed u could see that your upper body is slightly more lifted and your arms arent as much dropping : )

Hey, I just wanna ask if you think it’s a good idea to buy the EDEA overture. I’m starting to do figure skating (I can skate normally) and learning the waltz jumps spins etc. but I want a good boot for that. So do you think the overtures are a good idea for me as if you can do an axel and still skate in these.💕
helloo, yes definitely EDEA Overtures are the perfect skates for waltz jumps up until axel. I currently have the Edea Chorus boots now since i'm working on doubles now so I really recommend the overtures!
