    I had a 62 Rambler with a push button automatic transmission. What was really unique was the neutral button also served as a starter button.

    One of my friends had a '66 GTO with a radio that also played 45's. I had a love/hate relationship with the gas cap on the '68 Charger. Couldn't take it anywhere around a drinking establishment unless you want it snapped off.

    Hi Jay. Always enjoy these tours. One of the features I wasn’t even aware of until I saw it in a previous video is the pop-up trim piece on the ‘57s GMs. I wonder how they worked in the winter if the glass was ice covered? Cheers!

    Very cool; how about that '57 Chevy and the gas cap behind the tail light? How about record players? And the first series of automatic bright dimmers (sentinel?) with the sensor looking like a Flash Gordon ray gun on the dash?

    • @jaygrams5046
      @jaygrams5046 Месяц назад

      The record players are rare I don't have any at the moment We do have the auto headlight dimmer on the dash of the 55 convertible

    Jay you walked by a few GTO's and Firebirds but did not point out a Hurst Dual Gate Shifter.. Tick Tock Tachs in GM cars nor the ribbon tachometer in the Torino

    • @jaygrams5046
      @jaygrams5046 Месяц назад +1

      I don't think we have a dual gate shifter right now. The tic TOC tach is pretty cool

    That red 57 Chevy is beautiful. Do all the movie cars have real motors in them? Are they street legal? Do you have the Speed Racer car or Batman car? I would enjoy seeing them up close.
