I have followed your video and changed my batting stance recently especially the way I hold the bat....I am getting wrist pain... is it because of holding the bat in a different way?? I use my bottom hand frequently to spinners and I want to get rid of that habit... Also, I use heavy bat (more than 1200 grams) ... let me know if you have any suggestion
