When hafeez is not just funny in English, but also in Chinese!!!!!!! 👍👍👍
I did higher Chinese at primary school. But now, it's 提笔忘字 aka, hold my pen and forget how to write. Though I can read and text well but if come to actual writing, goner.... haiz.
Same. I can generally recognize Chinese characters (simplified) but if u ask me to write, I'll struggles a lot.
so true
听写was one pain... but 默写was one kind of pain altogether...
Ya. 默寫 I totally give up one. 😂 First 2 - 3 times I really very serious in it. Then after that I know I can't, I totally give up. Zero marks every time after that 🤣🤣🤣
OMG YA YK LIKE CHER TELL U TO MEMORISE WHOLE PARAGRAPH (5-6 lines in the excercise bk) wah that one i gone case. then p4 my cher tell us to memorise wtv crap then i js copy on paper and cheat hehe
why isn’t anyone talking about the chinese names they put for their talents it’s so funny 🤣
What does it say?
because a lot of us can't read lmao
frrrr
I am Singaporean and I was in higher Chinese honestly it isn’t hard tho
And when I had tingxie I didn’t learn 😅
Hahahah I totally understand lmao. We are so used to typing mandarin that we forgot how to write it. I almost forgot how to write my own name too after I graduated (around 3 years) 😂
2nd!! Good job Hafeez!!
the chi translations of everyone's names is damn funny AHAHAHHA
all the chinese names so funny HAHAHAHAH 慢等😭😭
I legit lol-ed at jereld’s “can only ‘zhe ge’ and ‘na ge’ to caifan auntie” 😂😂
The fact that I’m still in school and can’t write half the words there 🔪🔪
Damn.
I feel most can read but not write anymore.
I grad from pri sch recently n like, this rly hits me. For me they make us 背下来 the whole thing in upper pri. Its like not even 听 any more. Literally 默写 totally muscle memory liao
i love 听写!
Damn haha my favourite part of Chinese lesson was the bell ring signifying the end of Chinese class
HAHAHA
Chinese class? I didn't have any...
Same
Also she wrote the 肺 wrong. On the right side of 肺 is 巿(fu)with four strokes instead of 市(Shi)with five strokes.
哈非carry the team sia
yah lor 明天请他去看戏
i had fun doing the challenge (literally took out a notebook to write) but had a tendency to see the Chinese subtitles lol. so i kept covering the screen or looked away lol
👍Thank you so much for showing the importance to always go back to the roots!!!
If the kids are required to go through education from zero knowledge... ...
then as adults,
we shall be the role-model for them and lead them along this educational & academical journey
👍
I played along and guess what, I got about 80% right. Wah, I thought I was lousy siah! I think primary school level Chinese is harder these days. More difficult words to read and write.
should do more!!!!!
Chika kinda resembles Meng'er Zhang (Shang Chi) in that haircut.
中文易如反掌🫣
希望未來會有聽寫挑戰LIVE🥺
My primary school when you’re in primary 1 some questions you have to like write 拼音
我觉得bolin的华语等级不错。可以找他听写
Hafeez is hilarious LMAO

Me being born in the United States and going to mandarin classes. After ten years of mandarin lessons, I can only read if their is ping yin or can't read mandarían at all.
Now I know who Poris is
阿曼达很漂亮 发型好看👍👍😂
The only thing harder than writing it is getting the bi hua right
Went to a Chinese school and let me tell you: 听写 is absolute hell because you will do it from the start of Grade/Year 1 up until Grade/Year 6 in Chinese Government schools. My teacher would give my entire class in Grade 5 to remember ten sentences for 听写 , let's just say I failed most of them
I got A for chinese A level and I just use E-dictionary 😄
"unfortunately that is not a word" HAHAHA
jerald cannot write chinese but at least he can do hieroglyphic
🥲🥲🥲
My chinese reading and typing is okay but writing with memory I’ll confirm fail 😂
Pls I am having tuition spelling 20 words,默写 is so longg
This is one reason I'm glad that I grew up in England as have English as a native language. Don't get me wrong though, I love learning languages and I have studied Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean (so all different scripts), but my Chinese 听写 is atrocious 🤣
I wish I grew up with two languages. Even if I wasn’t great at one language, growing up learning multiple languages is really good for your development and knowing even a small amount of another language can be very useful. It’s easier to learn a language as a child too. Now I just have to struggle to learn as an adult.
@@rachelcookie321 I only grew up with English, the rest I learned, but I understand that it’s a struggle, especially when an adult
Lucky
We have bahasa, English and Chinese spelling in one week
me!I can do 听写。我喜欢做听写!
where’s the episode where tsl interview mandon brenda etc those that never dated before?
Coming soon ☺️

HAHA "ABOUT TO SIA SUAY HER MOTHER" I'M DONE!

Hello 👋🏻
pov : i still studying in primary school still learning chinese
7:35 Actually... Jereld is very close to characters like 荅 (dá) or 芬 (fēn), but yeah, it is still a bit off 🤣
not pop playing at the end...
tbh I don't think it's fair for me to do this lmao since I speak Chinese everyday and also write it often
As a primary 5 kid, I am triggered
Edictionar- oh right cannot bring for paper 2
Why am i so early here
I watch Hafiz in the first 15 secs, I click like.
Do it Malay again!
It easy for Malaysian 😌
1:20 THE BLUE WORDS SAY I WANT TO POOP xD
Don't even get me started on 作文
I think these words are okay, but then there are the words that you recognize but will never remember how to write like 魑魅魍魉 😂
Learning Japanese now and I always forget the kanji because I’ll somehow confuse it with traditional Chinese. Example of it is this character:
检(simplified)
檢(traditional)
検(kanji)
I am nine
John❌🀄️✅
The Chinese Translations of the names are Hilarious HAHAHA if you directly translate it it means 2 different things🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂
This is more sad than funny
Eh i thought police is ma ta
Yes definitely can do better
我要大便XDDD
Traditional Chinese is even harder though 🙈
Ezpz

完了完了完了把比q了
technically for p5's, ting xie isn't that hard (I'm p5)
wait till u stop having chinese lessons as a whole u’ll slowly forget abt it when u dont speak chinese or write chinese that often
@@joel-cx7hm Ohhhh
@@joel-cx7hm so u must speak more chinese to ur parents even with ur friends, as a chinese people , we cannot forget our mother language...
听写isnt as traumatic as 默写...

我的华语听写很烂。

They are trying to show that they're not good in chinese, but their english is equally bad.
