I purchased this but I found the plastic smelt so strong it hurt my lungs ,I ended up getting rid of it ,as I was concerned if it was a toxic plastic
The smell usually comes from fresh plastic and typically dissipates after a few uses. If the smell bothers you, you can clean it before use. I do this with almost all plastic products.

Great video! I was a bit curious about how well it holds up when it's full, its sturdiness, and whether there are any leaks in the long run.
I did end up using some zip ties to hold the clips for the legs as sometimes it would come loose when i'm trying to flip it over to dry it. Other than that it works just great.

The tub has been great, you just need to make sure to give it a nice clean periodically especially on the bottom if you alway let it sit on the shower floor. What I did was after the kids finished the bath I would stand it up so the bottom dries. I plastic legs would pop out frequently so I ended up using zip ties to secure them. Other than that this is still the best solution for getting a tub if your house only has a shower.
Question… how was the “temperature control” on this? My house also only has showers and this would be great for when I want to soak my old muscles. I’m just wondering how long the water stays hot? It doesn’t appear to have any type of insulation to help it maintain temps 🤷🏼♀️
Hey great question. So I normally fill it up with a bit hotter temperature water before going in. It can stay warm for at least an hour if filled up more than half way.
I have a small shower but miss baths so much. Is there any that would work for that? Great video

It's a PVC red turning valve.
Can this fit inside of a standard tub?
With the legs of the portable tub it would need a flatter surface. If your tub is very round at the bottom it may not work as well.
About how long does it take to set up?
