ACA Banshee 115 Siren Test - Alert - Pleasant Prairie, WI 5/15/2021

- For Kenosha County's test this month. I decided to go and record my first Banshee. Decided on this relatively unknown Banshee located in Pleasant Prairie since it's only been recorded one other time. Neighbors were friendly and didn't seem to mind me recording so shout out to them. At about 10:32 Tones came through and this beast fired up. This thing was a lot louder than I thought it would be. You could feel it pounding in your chest when it was at full power.

You can even hear the DTMF from the ASC RTU. I don’t know of any siren in the county that actually has a speaker turned on in the radio
That’s from my scanner. I usually have earbuds in to prevent any legal issues in case one of my videos are used to hack siren systems. However, I forgot them on this trip
@@metraking192 ah ok. I guess none of the sirens have speakers in the radios that are on. Ik the RTUs have them, as Milwaukee’s sirens use the same radios but for FSK instead of DTMF and you can hear the FSK from the boxes
yo, just curious, what is the point of this?
It’s just a hobby, there are hundreds of other siren enthusiasts like me around the country.
