Yall are buggin. Steve was one of the more compelling characters! The reason he's so good is he has a great arc from charming cocky asshole to less-assholeish hero by the end. He gets too bitchy and Byers knocks him down a few notches so he can have room to redeem himself. And the whole time he's totally believable because he just acts like a normal kid. Steve is probably one of my favorites.
For the first time I was actually torn between who should get the girl. The kid who is cool or the guy who is weird and different. I was actually torn between who should get Nancy, the writers did a very good job with that. Steve's arc was very good and made him likeable and not just some asshole
