    Great video. I love it.
    Can I ask if you have a video with variable interest rates and payments that is automated with VBA.
    Your video is good. I need a video that will show the change in interest rate change during the period - that will affect the interest amount and Instalments amounts. please help

      Thank you for your quick reply, I did check this one. The problem with this one is that it is assuming all months are equal. 1 is equal to one month, where as months got 30 days and others 31 and February is 28.

      @@simamisabuthelezi2243 I see. In that case, the alternative option may be to use days as the periods instead of months. I can look into making a video explaining this in the future. Unfortunately, for now, this is the only other mortgage amortisation video I have.
