I agree, honestly. Hope In The Dark definitely helped popularize their group, but Jazz On The Clock is (even if slightly) better since they've improved and the producer, ChibaNyan, learned their weaknesses and stuff
Like how Shu can speak Japanese so he was given the jp line this time around.
