You really are a great cinematographer. Every episode I watch I can't help but laugh as I think about how many paths you walk two times or more just so your viewers can enjoy the experience better with theatrical dramatic camera shots. You got a good eye for it. Good for you! Keep it up and don't let anyone ever bring you down. I especially admire the bravery and courage I know it takes to live this kind of life that isn't really shown on camera. I'll be hitting the road living full time in my SUV in a week, fuckin a... but I wouldn't be half as prepared as I am without awesome like you people sharing their experiences on the internet. So thanks for sharing your journey.

I love Teton, recognized the spot in the first couple of seconds... That lake has some of the best mountain views I have ever seen in person. Great place to start your day. Oh, Rosa, I just wanted to let you know how lucky you are to be able to stay in such wonderful, majestic mountain scenery places for free. I'm so super jealous. In the UK it's 'no overnight' everywhere you go, especially in anywhere with nice scenery. And no people where you go, apart from the peeing man haha.
I really am very lucky ❤️ I never forget that! I have a friend over in the UK (jack cook) who films youtube car camping videos, and he's mentioned that a lot! Seems like US is a lot more open to it 😊

The elements were one of the best adventure vehicle honda made. You gotta love the clamshell tail gate. The fact seats in rear come out. Some had a sky light in rear. Too bad they killed it off. It would be smart of them to bring it back.

We are manifesting doing this full time just like you :P a Honda element parked next to us and we were like this is a sign! We are on the right track. 😂 We ended up cooking at one of the visitor centers in Joshua tree one day and everyone was staring! It was funny. Now I know why you usually go somewhere away from people when you cook near national parks/ trail heads. 😂 Hope you have a good week :)

At least your car makes it places lol my car is old it’s a 2001 Volkswagen and currently broke down in my driveway waiting for the alternator to get fixed. 😂❤ but I love the adventures your have in these places so fun to watch!! We were in the Tetons back in June and stayed at the NPS Gros Ventre CG (which was very good, but somewhat crowded) in a travel trailer but I like your spot MUCH better. Where is that campsite? Do you think the sites there could accommodate a 20 ft. TT and tow vehicle (assuming we could navigate the access road)? The sites looked very large.
Ohhhh yea I never stay at paid campgrounds lol so this is past the Curtis canyon campground (also a decent spot to stay, $20 a night and only 1.5 miles up the crappy road.) Just drive past the campground and keep going! I'm not sure if you could make it up though 😬 also you could try shadow mountain! There's a bunch of sites at the base of the mountain that fit RVs 😊 also hatchet campground near Moran!
@@lifeinmyelement Wow, thanks! We try to boondock when ever we can and will be certain to check out the places that you mentioned and do more research. Gros Ventre was nice, particularly the location, but a bit more crowded than we like. The price was only $26/night (water and electric) with the Lifetime NPS pass (we could only stay 2 nights due to time constraints). The place that you stayed was MUCH nicer! Thanks again and safe travels!!

Yes, many people think you need a huge jacked up Jeep with monster tires and bush bars, while Elrond lives for his next off-road adventure 😊

At least your car makes it places lol my car is old it’s a 2001 Volkswagen and currently broke down in my driveway waiting for the alternator to get fixed. 😂❤ but I love the adventures your have in these places so fun to watch!! We were in the Tetons back in June and stayed at the NPS Gros Ventre CG (which was very good, but somewhat crowded) in a travel trailer but I like your spot MUCH better. Where is that campsite? Do you think the sites there could accommodate a 20 ft. TT and tow vehicle (assuming we could navigate the access road)? The sites looked very large.
Ohhhh yea I never stay at paid campgrounds lol so this is past the Curtis canyon campground (also a decent spot to stay, $20 a night and only 1.5 miles up the crappy road.) Just drive past the campground and keep going! I'm not sure if you could make it up though 😬 also you could try shadow mountain! There's a bunch of sites at the base of the mountain that fit RVs 😊 also hatchet campground near Moran!
@@lifeinmyelement Wow, thanks! We try to boondock when ever we can and will be certain to check out the places that you mentioned and do more research. Gros Ventre was nice, particularly the location, but a bit more crowded than we like. The price was only $26/night (water and electric) with the Lifetime NPS pass (we could only stay 2 nights due to time constraints). The place that you stayed was MUCH nicer! Thanks again and safe travels!!
