I’m in the same sitch in montco. Lease is up in a month and a half and getting nervous… I told the realtor guy that i just want a walkable neighborhood with artistic people who don’t all have kids and aren’t all married but not in college. But walkable. 😊

This is my first time watching your vid and I just want to say I relate to everything you just said about living in a city where yo have activities to do, especially for me. I desire to find out what Im passionate about and I can only do that if I have things to do, learn and explore. So Im currently looking to move to either North Carolina, Virginia or Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania is actually a great place to live in regards to the research I’ve been seeing. But anyway, congrats on everything you’re doing. New subbie here!!😊
