NFL should bring this back.
No fun league
no one would watch it why do you think they keep having to change the pro bowl to make it more watchable
They did. You missed it, ha.
They wouldn’t want one of their precious QBs to stub a toe or something. Today’s QBs are too protected.
Peter Torok then why are you watching this?
Steve young showing up all those young bloods
stfu all of these guys are out of the league
@@hamabrewer except that in 2001 they were young quarterbacks. You just sound stupid bud.
William Radler r/whooosh
Hama Brewer you didn’t whoosh anyone you sad sack of shit
Had to rewatch his damn throwin lazerbeams lol
I swear any QB can win a Superbowl with those 2000s Ravens
😂😂😂
True.
But only one did
@@crypt1c769 it was a joke bud , wasn't meant to be taken seriously
@@calcaleb7041 lmao who said I was serious ? Come on buds
Imagine if we had these challenges for today's superstars that would be amazing
They kinda do now. They do have some skills challenge for the pro bowl
They NEED these challenges back
@@mtb4l673 yes!!! I wouldn’t mind some of the ones now such as the CB vs QB contest. But the agility, throw distance, accuracy would be great currently.
Y'all got your wish
Love these throwback NFL Quarterback Challenges! Keep em coming!
No one:
Trent Dilfer: When you're in the Super Bowl the balls are slippery did I mention I won the Super Bowl
No matter which genre, people LOVE retro stuff like this. The NFL sitting on a goldmine... keep releasing stuff like this! People love it.
Back when QBs were praised for individual ability 😎
Right... its not like all QBs still get all the blame/credit for a teams success.
@MrBlueD3V1L r/woosh
What does that mean? Lol
Now it's "Well he didn't go 16-0, win MVP and OPOY, win the super bowl and super bowl MVP, so he sucks and is overrated"
@@samdorbin4763 its more like " he didn't throw 5000 yds so he sucks" its all about the yards anymore. It used to be about the wins
You can see the competitiveness from Peyton for every contest here, more than what the other Quarterbacks had... can see why he was such a great player in his career
I just wanna see Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes go head-to-head in the long distance competition
Byron u mean Patrick mahomes and Aaron Rodgers ?
Mahomes can throw a 100 yards.😂
Allen can throw over 100. He's the truth
Byron Matthew Stamford too
@@beetertruk88 Really? I thought it was 173 yards...
Wish they still had a farthest throw challenge
Too easy to get hurt, not worth it
@@jcarr4065 what? it's what these guys do for living, r u kiddin me?
@@MHNK77 you've obviously never played football, or understand how professional sports work
@@jcarr4065 care to elaborate?
Throwing out your shoulder
NFL has got to bring this back next yr.
In celebration of people actually being there and coming together.
That Manning kid sure is hard on himself... he just might be something in this league one day
I love how Manning acts the exact same way when he was a young buck compared to when he was starting to be considered as the greatest of all time.... humble dude
Greatest? Nah, one of the greatest maybe. Definitely top 5 in my book. But not greatest. That would be Tom Brady, followed by Payton.
I feel like god knowing these guys future
Steve Young Killed the moving target challenge. Dude is a true legend
Dude was retired at that point too
They actually look interested by these events. Its refreshing
Donovan McNabb competing in an accuracy competition is hilarious.
And Jeff Garcia dead last in the mobility challenge
@@213byron lol how did that happen
@@joonpak 😂😂😂
Robb Johnson's career summed up at the end of that read and recognition event lol.
I love this channel. Keep grinding with the throwbacks.💯👍
McNabb was one of the best deep ball throwers ever. Not the best at short and medium passes, but that deep ball was on point.
Love that they had the old-timers return for some of these.
They always did
Steve Young underrated af.
Can u please find 2002, 2003, and 2004 with this competition?
Daniel Timbs I want to see more of Aikman’s accuracy.
Google
This make's me miss the football game NFL QB Club
Jesus make it fun those carts were flying
this should replace the probowl. Skill challenges
Even today you can still laugh at the Bills for picking up Robosack and starting him over the Flutie Flakes
Jeff Garcia:
Accuracy challenge targets: I'm about to ruin this man's whole career
We need these back this year
How many QB's had to pass this up, for Rob Johnson to end up in this competition? Still should have played Flutie....
The NFL shield next to Dilfer's name since the Ravens had already cut him. Awkward.
After winning the Super Bowl too... Savage lol
@@LivinhItUp they just were like "ok so you get your ring but you're out"
They did him wrong lol . NFL shield QB
And still made him wear the Ravens jersey
@@tfromcali89 of course but he still played very well in the super bowl first drive he threw a touchdown . regardless he was done wrong
Kosar is savage lol.
Nobody:
Peyton Manning: Dag Gummit.
Pretty sure it was Philip Rivers that said that
Love the original Nike jerseys! Back before exclusive licensing. Adidas and Puma too!
So cool seeing Warren Moon throw after Manning
Did Young come outta retirement, join the QB Challenge, school everyone then retire again? #Savage
😂😂😂
NFL needs these challenges back. NFL fans want to know who has the strongest arm 💪🏼
Trent DILHOE"👌🏈
Winote Ryder
@@alexandergunn7311 JOHNNY DEEEP
I remember this one!!! I was 12 lol I still defend Dilfer based on this and how well he played in the Super Bowl
I love how all of the retired quarterbacks look, talk, and act like a cool uncle on a summer road trip or at a pool. What I wouldn't give to live in the nineties again.
love seeing all the old uniform manufactures like Adidas and Puma.
Fastest I’ve ever seen Peyton move.
They need to bring all the Challenges back
Peyton's cart hit Mach 3, boomers cart was in a school zone lmao
this is the stuff that needs to be at the pro bowl. Make the pro bowl fun again
Could you please upload the Tom Brady interview from the 2002 Quarterback Challenge? It was inspiring.
8:12 LMFAO 🤣
they gotta bring this back fasho
If the NFL tried to bring this back some players would probably run to the NFLPA and file a grievance.
5:26 Trent Dilfer is the only one without a job!! Hahahaha
You win the comment of the year award LOL
I love these!! Is there any of them with mcnair and mcnabb?
Man some of the best QBs in the league!? PlusTrent Dilfer Jeff Garcia Rob Johnson and Jake Plummer!
Thanks for these, why dont they do this anymore????
The QBs are too soft and pampered now. Thank Tom Brady.
Rob Johnson summed up the Bills seasons with that performance......so close but no win!
Look at all the Legends in this thing - Young, Moon, Jim Kelly, Everett, Boomer... Like a who's who of turn of the century Hall of Famers
15:17 they put Brad Johnson instead of Rob haha he could never catch a break
Steve Young could've still played past the '99 season.
Aeneas Williams unfortunately ended his career. Nasty hit.
Thought it was Hardy Nickerson that blasted him for the last time?
@@toxicpersonalityincorporat3137 I need to check. I know for sure Williams put the hit stick on him
My bad, looked back and Nickerson concussed him in '97.
McNabb's accuracy is an oxymoron.
A missle-like overthrow or a torpedo-like ankle pass in the dirt. But he did put up good numbers with a long list of garbage receivers.
@@MrTee12 mans had T.O.
@@kvngirvng9475 They only played like 20 games together. He's the exception.
@All Day Son But he also played like 7-8 games the following season before getting kicked off the team for pumping up Favre On ESPN.
@@kvngirvng9475 for 1 year
8:55 I didn’t know Jeff Goldblum played for the Browns
Good ole rob Johnson, great Quarter back when there is absolutely No Pressure 😜
I've watched 3 of these so far, Ravens QBs won every time, Testeverde, Jim Harbaugh now Trent Dilfer
All scrubs too lol
@@AceMcSch00ly nah testeverde was decent
Vinny was the man.
Jim Everett! Don't call me Cris again!
Jim rome:...okay...chris🤣🤣
Watching these just shows me truly how much higher the standard for being a star QB has gotten, if they did this kind of challenge in todays NFL I think the point totals would be absolutely ridiculous with people like Brady, Rodgers, Mahomes, Wilson etc.
Edit: this is not to disrespect these guys some of them are absolute legends who would do great especially in todays pass happy league. I’m just speaking to the talent level of todays QB’s is truly astonishing.
It would be the same lol, these guys played when you could hit the QB
@@reesegoins695 and I disagree with that. The position has become much harder in many ways, the only way it’s become easier is what you said. They take less hard hits, and I guarantee you the old heads wish they had that too lol.
Holy hell those carts were flying
Why is 24 year old Peyton exactly the same person as 43 year old Peyton 😂
'Cause he never change? Duh
Bc he a clone...
Because he real as fuck. Arguably the greatest QB to ever played the game 🎯😎
Such a fun competition. But like most good things in football, they eventually go away.
THIS YEARS PRO BOWL CHALLENGE
Flutie over Johnson
We are so spoiled with quarterback play right now
Dilfer talking to the other QBs like he was good or something
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
So he can’t even talk to em now😂😂😂😂🤣🤣😂😂 that’s harsh asf
Aw man rob Johnson 😂😭
My favorite greatest Dynasty quarterback the 70s Terry Bradshaw Pittsburgh Steelers the 80s Joe Montana San Francisco 49ers and the early 90s Troy Aikman Dallas Cowboys
Bernie Kosar was definitely hitting the Milwaukee Best in the parking lot.
RIP Kobe
Woohoo!!! The year my Ravens won their first Superbowl!!!!
That defense was fucking legendary. Best ever.
For an entire month, the offense didn't score a touchdown. And the defense scored more points lol.
I just love the awkwardness with Dilfer. Referring to him as SB Champ and has a Ravens jersey for this when he was cut by them by this point.
Brady not here...oh wait that's right 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽😂😂😂
Listening to Phil Simms is worse than being waterboarded.
Or a car battery being dropped on your nut sack!
Steve young was so cool. Lol
I wish I could meet him. My favorite Qb of all time though he's no Brady or manning.. he was his own man and he played the game his way
Those carts are stupid fast. Ruined that event.
Steve Young definitely could’ve played longer
No doubt
they need to do this next year for allen mahomes and rodgers (maybe stafford)
And people like Brady, Brees, and Wilson
@@kvngirvng9475 Brees would kill it tbh
Mayfield would win. He threw a 78 yard pass this year. He could hit 75-80 yards in this competition for sure
If Warren Moon played in today’s game, he’d have every record as he would have killed it in the Pistol RPO offense
Moon, Marino and Elway would take today's kid to town with their talent.
Bernie K looks 8 beers deep
Steve Young showing hes the better Niners QB after Jeff Garcia
How fast are those golf carts going????
22:42 “ You know I got to say this, Jim Everett has some pretty legs. They really are pretty.”
Steve young’s a beast
Not the same without my boy Brett
Peyton does not know how to have fun🤣🤣
29:11 BULLSEYE 🎯
Is it Just me or is there post-Prod added shouts, chers ? XD
Just like now lol
Donavan sweating out that alcohol lol
Peyton looked so uncomfortable sitting in between those two Geezers
The Dilf! He got off the Limp Bizkit tour bus to do this challenge!
33:15 "he got me, if he's smart he got me." and we can see why Rob Johnson didn't last.
28:22. Steve Young ♥♥♥
Just seeing Trent Dilfer there was fucking hilarious!!! How'd Dilfer work out for the Seahawks/49ers fans? 😭😂
Mf was garbage. Made me appreciate Rattay
The million $ throw and most of the qbs were aiming for the directv sign
