Yo thanks for the heads up about the stock air box hook holding the fairings in place . Really big help thanks man
Just got my first motorcycle and it is a 2018 Grom. Your videos definitely helped me on deciding that was the bike I wanted and your videos are so helpful! You’re a smart guy and make in my opinion the best tutorial videos for the Grom
Finally a video that shows me how to take it off ive been searching. Also I have a 2020 grom should be the same tho.
THANK YOU SO MUCH! Gonna plasti dip my grom!
why would anyone dislike this video! great job man thank you so much
Yo Mr. Niche! Thank you so much for the video! I had stomach pains before I watched this:). I just bought a 2018 red Honda Grom with ABS and switched the plastics to yellow (yellow does not come in ABS). Your video made it a lot easier for me to get these switched out! Now I’m trying to sell my red plastics.
Always glad to help!
I had to dremel one on the back above the tire. It was so stuck. Chewed the plastic but oh well. Memory of when I put a dinger built intake on lol. Thanks for the video
I have a 2018 white Grom. Looking to paint the body parts. I thought I'd work out my process on the front fender. Surprise, I can't seem to get it off. Allen heads are trying to turn inside the screw so is there some special thing needed to get these bolts/screws out? Your description of the remainder of the bike is priceless once I start removing the remaining body panels for paint. Thanks for making such an excellent detailed video.
Don’t answer. I bought a 5mm hex socket and the two on the left side stripped out. I’m so over motorcycles using soft cheap bolts and screws. Pure garbage.
hey i know this is old video, however im trying to swap my plastics on my 18, the bolts that hold the front fender and also the side fairing (under the key hole to remove seat, and on other side) seem to be EXTREMELY difficult to remove. assuming there is loctite on them? my bolts are litterally stripping before coming lose. any idea how to take them off without using a bolt extractor kit? thanks.
First time servicing the rear brake reservoir on my Honda Grom. This is absolutely ridiculous, wtf Honda.
I took my fairing off to install my air intake. I found that I have 2 black phillips head screws that are smaller than the rest. Any idea where those 2 go?
Was waiting for you to do the front by the headlights and wheel like ??? Guess I’m gonna wing it
what is the best side to open to screw around with the wiring? I want to install a remote start :) Realy clear video thanks
Actually, thanks for the video actually
Definitely helped thank you bro 💯💯💯
Aweosme video man!!!
Awesome video!
Best video I have seen. Thanks a lot just got my 2018 Grom adding all the fun stuff now.
:) Always glad to help everyone!
I’ve been telling people this is Rob Dyrdek lol
Runs through it at the beginning,
Good man👍
Very excellent video thank you!
Thx great video.
Always glad to help:)
Perfect video thankyou
You're the man! Thx!
Awesome Video! Very Detailed and very helpful. Viewing your K&N filter set up also sold me on getting one of those. Also, what exhaust is that?
It's the same process for a 2020
Great video really helped me out
you look like rob dyrdek
What I need is the name of the panels that you’re replacing
Thanks for this, need to take one side of the plastics off to run a couple of cables to the battery on my newly acquired 2018 grom.
Appreciate this got a 2020
It helped .thank you
Great video, but you could probably save yourself about 5 minutes with all the repeating of everything you do!
Appreciate the detail explanation. I just did my 2020 grom to install air filter.
awesome vid thanks man!
Thank you sir not to install my rear hand brake for my Wheeliezzz!
Travail bien fait. Propre et net.
Thanks rob dyrdek
Those are 5mm
Thanks for this video! Helped me to change the color of my Grom yesterday!
Fk yeah thanks man
Dude! I seriously appreciate how you actually went one by one on all the fasteners. This was helpful.
The method you used for the pop rivets save me so much stress lol. Thank you!
Hey man thanks for this informative video. You made everything simple for me and I was quite happy with the results.
a big big help
Thanks for the video. Best one I’ve seen on exactly how to do it
what fender eliminator you have? and also what tail light? is an integrated tail light?
Starts at 1:06
Thanks men
Thank you my brother very helpful 👍🏾💯
Man ,🍀💪
Is there a way to pop out the matte black triangle portion of the fairing above the rear sets? To be able to paint/customize just that part of the fairing?
I'm sure there is a way, I just haven't done it but I'm almost positive it's easily removable.
How much did you pay for air intake and where did you order it?
thnx
Very helpful!!
Glad it helped!
spot on bud , simple easy watching
Very informative. Thanks!
Great video! I’m about to wrap a Grom for a customer, do the yellow pieces separate from the grey piece on the front half of the fairing?(gas tank area)
Did you ever find this out? I’m trying to find out myself!
Taking the fairings off is easy. After they've been off a couple months, getting them back on is harder!
Helped a lot!! Great instruction!
Is this lemon ice yellow colour?
Very detailed thank you!
How do I put back the rivets back on? Thank you.
Push the pin up so the button is poking up then when you put it in the hole, push the top back down and itll click in
Hey man, thanks for doing this vid! Im gonna have to do this tomorrow to install a Power Commander V and i heard it was a pain in the butt, so this was great! I didn't notice if you had an air/fuel regulator on there? Might see some better performance out of those parts, it's probably running super lean. Alright man, thanks again! Peace :)
I am thinking a PC later down the road as well, I sort of want to build up some money again, I went a bit crazy with the purchase of this grom, over 1k in mods and new gear to ride in:)
NicheRiding I know right! Im right there with ya man, lol.
Really helped thanks .
Glad to help!!!
Pà

Always glad to help:)
That was a big help!
Thank you :)
Glad to help!
Do you noticed a difference then stock ?
with that? Exhaust and intake installed? Yes a bit, you still aren't going to be fast by any means but it does open it up a bit more and give you a few more mph.
NicheRiding Nice, Any test video with New exhaust & air intake Coming soon ?
what type of test?
NicheRiding Cursing test like what you did when you took the Grom home from the dealership.
"Cursing Test?" You do know youtube is strict against cursing now a days, no $$$$ lol. Sure I can do a cruising test around 1k miles, I just passed 460 miles on it the other day so we can look forward to that. I think my next video will be about why I purchased the Grom in the first place.
THANK YOU! This helped me so much!!! Subscribed!
Welcome aboard:) Glad to have you here.
