I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed out on all the stock opportunities so far for the tech stocks.I believe having 175K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the stock market. I know this sounds a bit dull but I would like to know if I should learn investing or let somebody else (more capable like a FA) do it for me? Please share your thoughts. I am kind of tired of searching for a good stock to buy and losing all the good opportunities.
This was an epic episode with Mike! He’s crushing it and I am so happy for him. Stay on the grind Mike! Thanks Ashley and Tony for having Mike on the show.
I looked into the coaching and its ridiculous. Would it not be more wise to take the $8-10 thousand that you would spend on a coach and use it for a down payment.
Interesting for sure. However I do question in the long term is doing partnerships early the best solution;people within partnerships change as time goes. I hear the word friend thrown around a lot in this episode good and bad. To that I say “ favor isn’t fair” and the channel has numerous episodes where that was not the strategy. Maybe a conversation geared to structuring partnerships as rookie with the speaker would have been more insightful
Thanks for your wonderful podcasts. I have a very important question please. My dad passed 3.5 years ago. He left a home for us with no mortgage...I'm the executor to the estate and want to know if I can use some of the equity to purchase another income producing property , in addition I would like to pay off some small recurring bills...and do some upgrades....My credit is not good right now because of a recent divorce.
I really love this show, but man I am struggling with my rookie journey. Everyone they feature on these shows has an ace in the hole to get them started. That, and almost ALL of these podcasts talk about starting in 2017-2021. Now it’s 2023 and we have 8% rates, $600k 3/2s in Arizona where I live, $500k 1/2 duplexes. I’m sitting here like…do I have to uproot my family and move to Tornado alley to even have a shot at this? Any tips are appreciated. I have stellar credit, a great W2 $100k a year. We own a home in Mesa now. Veteran as well.
I live in Utah and face the same costs of properties out here, so that's why I focus my investing elsewhere. ie- I'm about to close on a home in Indiana on Friday for $57k, that I'll be putting about $10k into some foundation work and little minor updates, so will be all in about $67k and will rent for about $775 a month. So hitting a 1.16% rule. There's still areas of our country that hit close to 1% rule or even above with even on market deals. But yeah, you just have to look outside of your backyard in these more expensive markets like you and I are in, unfortunately.
LOVE THIS! I've had the same issues finding quality contractors, specifically for work on a quad plex I own in Downtown Phenix City Alabama. You pay top dollar for yuk work. Thus, I've had to bring my contractors from Atlanta to do work on the weekends.
Can you help me answer this about Louisiana Tax liens? I've been buying these lien in Louisiana since 2017. 90 % of the owner redeem especially the really nice properties. However I've got one coming up in 3 weeks , question I brought this lien in July 15th of 2020 The tax lien Certificate was recorded on August 11th 2021 so When does the property legally become mine by date. July 16th 2023 or August 11th 2023? I see where someone has moved in the the house and setup camp. Ive planed to go to the house but first stop but the local police station -inform them what and why I'm at the house. Its in Bastrop, small town so I'd like to have a n escort if possible.
Thank you for your content, When we form an llc for this property do we need a business plan? If we should get a rental or business plan what would you suggest , anywhere to get free templates, WILL THIS HELP WITH FUNDING FOR THE LLC? Thanks!
Great Episode, I Love your show! I know your shoe is about beginners but I never hear anything about the importance of credit. Although we know it's a no Brainer people need to hear this. Thank you Mike, and the Hosts. Great show.
Congrats Mike! Awesome work! Just a word of caution to anyone viewing. %15 return to investors may be just fine in one month and its all situational and relative, but a word from the business world, be careful what precedents you set just to capture the win.
This was my first time in your channel and I can say this was the best content I have seen. Everything was on point and how he did it. And he was so knowledgeable and willing to share everything. Loved it.

Incredible story. Brought back some fire I needed in my life. Thank you.
Same for me, I have been doubting and just gaining knowledge.

TERRIFIC interview!!! Discipline IS the way to find financial freedom.
Great episode, thanks! So, a question about the action tip: where does one find a coach to hire?
Exactly, or the trust from hard money lenders when you are new.

Maybe change that do the fourplex first 4-3-2-1 fha process look into it you’ll get more properties faster with less down
