Thank you Sir for this message and as you have worked as a JAG Officer so sir I just want to ask that if a person is having squint in eyes can join Armed Forces of not, please reply me as I have no one known who is or was working as JAG Officer.
    Thank you, For reading this.

    • @LegalBites

Service in Jag’s Department is treated as Judicial Service but you will have to check this aspect of 7 years practice in the Notification that is issued for HJS.

Is it better to join judiciary after ba.llb through junior judiciary service exam or join jag then after 10 yrs ssc and the give the higher judiciary service exam and become district and sessions judge?
    I'm a 12std student intrested in becoming a judge .
Which is better directly to join judiciary and become a judge or get 10 years experience form jag and then become a judge?
If I join directly do I have better chance of being elevated to the High court and supreme court or better chance after jag to become High court and supreme court judge?
