    Nice video! Glad to hear you like the A2, I have the A1 and I love that bike. It goes well with my Norco Bigfoot 1S as my winter and wet weather bike. Hard to get off the Fluid even though I do love my fat bike with the 5" studded tires for ice and snow.

      Oh man, take the necessary time to heal well. I will do all I can to make it back to NS this summer, which is one reason why I’ll likely swap out frames and go Meta V5 🙏🙏

    Now I also want to install a coil shock on my Fluid 😂
    Are there any damages on the frame from the 160mm fork?"
    The bike looks like the Norco Sight. Why didn't you buy it?

    • @MILTONATOR
      @MILTONATOR  9 месяцев назад

      lol! No damage whatsoever from the 160 fork not the overstroked shocked. Honestly man, my plan was to only go up to a 150 fork and nothing else. Then I watched an interview with the Norco engineers about this bike and they mentioned overstocking and I got curious and went with it. But yea, also the geometry is a big reason why I chose this bike

    I love that Norco. I got a 2023 Sight C2 Shimano build with the 36s and the X2 and it’s a little too plush for me. I’d love to have a bike like yours.

    That's why N+1 works 😁

    Many MTB media outlets had the Norco Fluid as MTB of the Year for 2023. It must have a great ride to receive all the praise it did.

    • @MILTONATOR

      You’re right. I think it won value bike of the year (or something like that) I don’t believe I’ve come across a negative review

    Wouldn't a Sight have made more sense? I have a Sight A1, and it is super capable.

    • @MILTONATOR
      @MILTONATOR  9 месяцев назад

      Maybe.. when I bought this bike I was not familiar with Norco's lineup and was only planning on a 150 fork. The agressive short travel enduro geo Fluid FS really caught my eye and interest. But I just now looked at the Sight's geo and it would not work for me mainly because the wheelbase on the large is too long and on the medium too short. Perhaps mostly mental but I like to stay in the 1230 - 1245 wheelbase range. Good question though

  • @denisgojceta
    @denisgojceta 8 месяцев назад

    How would you compare your size L Fluid FS to your Meta TR in M size, in all aspects and scenarios of riding? Since after all the mods you've done, those two now seem like very similar bikes (on paper).
    I have a deal on each one of those, and after I do the mods that are needed on both, they would cost exactly the same, so I'm very curious.

    • @MILTONATOR
      @MILTONATOR  8 месяцев назад +1

      I say my Fluid FS feels sharper and snappier and a better climber. My TR felt beefier and slightly more capable on the way down. My Fluid is a ripper kinda bike while the TR was more plow. If that makes sense

      @@MILTONATOR And what about Fluid compared to your Ripmo?

    • @MILTONATOR
      @MILTONATOR  8 месяцев назад +1

      @@denisgojceta oof! I’m a big fan of the Ripmo v2 except for the price tag. But if money was not an issue, the Ripmo v2 would be my choice of “trail bike” even though it’s marketed as an enduro
