Kirby Super Star - Gourmet Race (Thrash Metal Cover)

Kirby Super Star is the property of HAL Laboratory & Nintendo ltd.
Here is my first cover in a long time. I started working on this cover back last year but then put it aside for a few months as I took a little break from music.
I have made some upgrades to the equipment /VST’s I use. I now use an upgraded version of Cubase, as well as new drum VSTs and a new Bass amp simulator. I’m very pleased with these software plug-ins and I my opinion make the recordings sound much more realistic.

What an incredible rendition of the Gourmet Race! Kirby Super Star was my all-time favorite game growing up, and your cover of it has brought a tear to my eye because you have done it in the spirit of the original soundtrack! I love your work on the keyboard and even bringing in the bass to cover parts of the song. Your cover could have easily been fitted into the original game and that's what makes me the most happy! I loved this song so much I learned how to play it on the piano. I definitely lowered the complexity of the notes played by the left hand but I'm still very happy with what I did. Also, this cover is fucking neat 💯
