অবশ্যই অবৈধ অভিবাসীদের তার নিজ নিজ ঠিকানায় পাঠিয়ে দিতে হবে নতুবা তাদের কাগজ পত্রাদি যাচাই করে পুনরায় ঠিক করতে হবে। নতুবা তারা বিভিন্ন অপরাধমুলক কার্যক্রমের সাথে জড়িয়ে পরবে।

কোন অবৈধ অভিবাসী কোন অপরাধের সাথে জড়িত নয়. যাদেরকে আটক করা হয়েছে বা হয় এরা সবাই নিরিহ. একজন মানুষ রেস্টুরেন্টে কাজ করে সে তো নিজের জান বাঁচাতেই ব্যস্ত এরা কখনো অপরাধের সাথে জড়ায় না
