Hello. Thank you for your comment. The most common way is to get in touch with the professors who are working on research topics that interest you. Some won't write back and some will. The ones who do may politely say no that they don't have anything at the moment. Unfortunately, there is no easy way but to keep trying. I understand sometimes it can be difficult to streamline one's interest in research and that's absolutely fine. Try out different things and you might be able to figure out what eventually interests you. Hope this helps!

However, since the course is not BPS accredited, I would highly recommend that you either get in touch with the department or BPS in order to ensure whether you would still be eligible to work as a clinical psychologist in the UK. Usually, conversion programmes are master's level programmes but yes, if you are interested in a second master's you can pursue it though you may have to justify/clarify in your statement of purpose why you are doing another master's degree. Hope this helps!

I am not sure how useful a conversion degree from the UK will be in India especially if you are interested in clinical practice and not research. Maybe you can get in touch with the RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India)? My experience was good overall however, there can be certain challenges in job search. I think both can be equally challenging. Research has its own challenges and clinical practice has its own.
