The only issue is an ad every two minutes while i am trying to do an hour of yoga, very distracting. I love this flute music to do my yoga. Water with the flute tends to cause anxiety but this is absolutely beautiful and serene. Wonderful to smoke a few dabs of Cannabis and then do an hour to hour and fifteen minutes of yoga. I love it!!! My pain is relieved for a few days. Hugs
