The technique I used today is the open-cup technique.
It is visual that we thought about before.
"If I use the open cup technique with neon colors under the black light, will it not look like a galaxy?"

Cyberpunk colors are so beautiful.

Medium - Liquitext pouring medium 10% Floetrol 75% Water 15%
Paint : Medium - 1:2
Add silicon
only use Shield acrylic paint (Korean brand, just soft body acrylic)

Love the uv colors, but have yet to find a white that will glow as bright as the others.

How much silicone oil to put in? I’ve tried various amounts then blow torch or heat gun but doesn’t produce cells like this. Any advice please.
I think
25g+1drop.
Acrylic paint+medium(include water)=25g, add 1drop silicon.
Or
50g + 3drops.
No more add

Where do you get your paint?

You can get liquitex baisc (i used Shield acrylic)
I couldn't find any uv paints on their website
Did lookike galaxy at first.. Then at the end it don't.. But still looks cool tho.. Send me some paint and I'll. Make you a real food black light pour.. Aka #1 baby!!!
