Why don't you tell us right away HOW you calculated those measurements. I'm not good at math but I will now spend a few minutes trying to deduce how you arrived at a sheet 17 x 22. If I don't get there quickly I'm not going to kill myself.

when you sell online, sometimes you just need a box for a specific product. If you purchase on store like Uline, you need to purchase 25-50 boxes plus shipping and handling. If you decide to go and pick them, they charge $30 fee for order under $300 just for handling.
The instructions were really easy to follow..I needed this tutorial to ship small items.

I need a 64x8x5 inch box. I can not find on anywhere. About how much over lap should I have. Box will be used for 5 foot long 1=34 scale train track
Rather than show the specific dimensions for that specific box, it would have been EXTREMELY helpful to show how those dimensions were determined.

Where can I get cardboard sheets to make the box? All I could find were called, "inserts" are these the ones you use to make boxes?
