Rest in Peace, Grace. you've done so much for your daughter and for so many people, let the rest of us take up the fight now.
Also, it's awful to hear about her husband, Christa's father, I hope he found peace as well.

Sadly I'd say not - finding peace. They would have thought about it every day after from the time they woke to when they went to sleep. Aweful.

But anyway, I meant like now that they've passed. Her parents.

I wrote a letter to this wonderful woman trying to get her to visit my school and talk about Christa and the mission she started but was never able to finish. The visit was never arranged but she wrote me a beautiful letter that I will cherish until the day I die.

My sons' school is named after Christa. There are pictures in the main foyer of her am the crew. I forwarded this wonderful video to the principal and my sons' teachers. Today there will be a school dedication to Christa. This is done each year on this date. Thank you again for sharing Grace's message.

Seven lives cut short and others ruined for what? Money, a flight schedule, their jobs? Their job was to make the flight as safe as possible and damn all the rest! Their arrogance cost seven lives that can't be replaced.

Glad she is continuing the work of her daughter...I was born the year of the disaster. No one should have to go through what she went....what a strong person...a very inspiring woman. I never have got over their reaction to the disaster...i feel so so sorry for her...I wish we could turn back the clock and stop the launch....but i guess we can't. I admire her. Very glad you made this video.

You can still hear and feel the emotion in her words and tone, even years after this tragedy, she was still pained from the loss. I truly have so much respect for her. She made sure that her daughter's legacy stayed alive. I know that she is with her daughter now. No more pain, no more sadness.
Thank you so much for posting this. It is a real treasure.

And that's what annoys me and still happens today, the lower down people WARN the execs and bosses about issues yet due to money or other reasons are ignored, even though they are right. Then when the disaster happens, those same bosses deny everything and it's the little people that get targeted.

What an incredibly strong woman and such an inspiring story that brought tears to my eyes. Millions of people including me watch the disaster but only a 1000 views about the incredible memorial her Mom continued after. Losing your daughter then shortly after your husband. Thank you for continue the saga and legend of your daughter!
