I just discovered them too from Reggie’s channel. They’re divine. The singing and the harp playing especially, unusual to see a group outside Ireland having a harp player, it being one of our national symbols in Ireland.

I just saw them in concert last week. I missed their season on AGT, but my husband had played a couple of their songs for me. Then I saw them in person and they are absolutely amazing, and we had great seats. They seem very down to earth, too.

I've concluded that these fellas are truly great. It doesn't seem to matter the choice of song or genre, it all becomes so much more soulful and touching than anything I've heard in 29 years of life. This week I've discovered you guys because your song 'Butterlies fly away' was used in a video about a turkish tv series that I like to watch. I was like "who is singing this? This is só beautiful". I had not heard of you guys at all. Sons of what??? Completely fell in love with that song.
Now I'm listening to this song. I grew up with Cindy Lauper's music and 'time after time' has been on my playlist since forever. I LOVE THIS SONG!! I've always hated every cover of this song 'cos to me there's no better version than Cindy's. No one comes even close. Until now.... Never, not in million years had I thought it to be possible that the day would come that I would actually say this but.... I love your version! (Boom.There, I've said it.)

These guys have such potential. The one issue in my humble opinion? …….There is waaaay too much going on with each instrument. They always drown out the singer and just overload it from all angles.
I get that they all are proficient in their instruments and want to show it off, but it seems like they are all trying to top the other with arpeggios and complex scales…..and its just too much. Background music to singing is always accomplished best with simple melodies.
I just get this feeling that they all want to be noticed individually and just muddy it up trying to stand out.
I play many instruments, and can play complex technical stuff as well…. but i found the most beautiful and accepted stuff is the simpler stuff.
The guys voice is definitely unique….and i just want to hear him behind simple beautiful music.
When i first heard them with the wicked games thing, it started so simple and beautiful… then the instruments got all whacky and arpeggio-ish scale jumping. When i listen to the song i stop at the crazy instrument scale jumping… my head just pops out of it.
Band: You will always be the surrounding mood creator. You will never be the front. Just be the background mood creator. Let the dude be the front.
