Your hospital should be fair with any race, color, gender by giving everybody a chance to get promoted. This is not the case in the Operating Room of Hamad Medical Corporation. The Indian nurses are given more opportunity to be promoted because majority of the staff in the higher positions are Indians. Other nationalities such as Filipinos, Hmong, Chinese etc are not given the same opportunity. This unprofessional practice will reflect badly on the values and ethics of the whole institution. Still not at par with other hospitals in the region and far from the goal of trying to be a world class facility. Do something about the unfair practices in the Operating Room, Hamad Medical Corporation or else you are at risk of losing your ISO certifications.
