Alot of individuals do not that if you take the plastic thing off your table there is another compartment for the TF card in between the volume and charger button if you remove the protective back cover

I tried to hard reset my tablet the same as your's cuz i forgot my passcode but it doesn't work if u hard reset, do u know??
@@KymanyEmmanuell Sorry to hear about your passcode issue. I am not a techie but this is the little I know about hard reset. It's a manual technique involving use of the power button and volume up/down buttons. So I'm not sure if when you say it's not working, whether you are not able to go through the manual process and get to the admin screen to reset the tablet, or you got through the process and selected the option to reset and it didn't work at that point, meaning you got an error message on screen?
Where can i get a screen replacement for this tablet????
I guess start by reaching out to the Amazon supplier/manufacturer whether they sell replacement parts. If not, it is always a risk, but you can try third party suppliers, just search CP20 touch screen replacement for availability.

Hi. I have indeed noticed a number of issues commented on by viewers. As per request from a viewer, there is an update video link pinned in the comments showing how mine works fine, so I hope yours will not have any problems. It was a quick shipment within the US and I have had it since September 3, 2023.

@@antoniahenriquezsilverio2939 Oh no. I'm using mine to reply to you now, so per chance you may unfortunately have received a defective one out of the box. I would suggest you return it right away for refund or replacement.

Yes you can. I have the app installed on my tablet and it works fine and plays well.
